14/10/2015 09:57 | Good to see a good volume of shares bought yesterday and this morning but I am still wondering how many stale bulls there are? | anley2
13/10/2015 15:32 | Time to buy, 3.5p. | wordog
13/10/2015 14:36 | From interim results 2015. "We are now working with our team of consultants to calculate and publish a potential gas in place figure in Q4 2015 prior to determining the location of our first well in this mature basin." "...we are working together to determine drilling locations for at least two appraisal wells to which we would commit in 2016." "Your board is also in discussion with the Governments of two other countries for licences with a view to adding an international context to our conventional oil and gas portfolio within the next twelve months." Expect news flow.... | wordog
13/10/2015 10:53 | YES and I am sure that there is enough cash to pay for that BUT if I was sitting in the boards chair I would be hoping that any news on this front would propell the shares up towards the placing price.............do you get what my cynical remarks mean for CLNR and we shareholders. So in the meantime Mr Cluff has to prove himself before he gets the cash and I am sure he is not a happy bunny!! Believe me I have been there and done this sort of thing when I was on the board of two PLC's (many years ago). I will declare that I have a heavy holding in CLNR and add to it when the price hits under 4p........which is quite often. In fact if you look at the share price which was floated at 5p some three years ago no one has yet made a penny out of Mr Cluff and a friend of mine who works in the oil/services industry keeps me well abreast of what new technology is going on and I know it works but needs to be tested in the UK in order to bring the big capital in to this UK concept. Hope this helps explain my position.......... | anley2
13/10/2015 10:34 | Am I correct in thinks my we are waiting for a CPR and 3D seismic? If so we will need the cash for that before we can even dream that f a farm in. | wordog
13/10/2015 09:44 | I am still not happy about the so called delay again concerning 7m shares at 4p+ which gives another £2.8m in to the kitty. At the moment big shareholders have the upper hand over the board and wait for Mr Cluff to pull a rabbit out of his hat which would propell the shares to over 4.5p and entice the underwriters to take the stock. In the meantime loose stock at 3.5p is worth a buy in my view. We shall have to wait and see............. | anley2
12/10/2015 10:24 | That's the ticket! | clickon

11/10/2015 01:07 | No cross board ramping please | wordog
11/10/2015 00:11 | for those interested, check out JLP and WRES next week. NEWS COMING!! platinum is making huge recovery since last week and JLP got the RNS intraday on Friday and not many would have seen it. both platinum player AQP and LMI have surged strongly last week. JLP, as a low cost platinum producer, not yet recover and will hopefully start to make recovery next week. Furthermore, AQP platinum got a takeover offer which now make many to believe JLP will soon get its takeover target/JV partner, potentially after mining licence is granted, which is expected in this month. those interested can dyor on JLP and see the huge potential in there, with JLP sitting on $4bn worth of assets and mcap only 30m? no wonder JLP was 30p a couple of years ago and now making the comeback. another potential for multibag will be WRES, CEO target 3p with share price now only 0.6p expecting rerating RNS in JLP and WRES anytime next week/this month dyor | gavinbell
10/10/2015 23:30 | Well they have already won that battle. Luckily the SNP have no say in the North Sea | wordog

09/10/2015 14:57 | agreed, =The North Sea prospects were always going to progress more quickly and we said when they were awarded that it was shrewd to diversify. How true that has turned out to be. Lets not forget the coking coal,.... | wordog
09/10/2015 14:17 | Looking at price, trades and volume, the market isn't concerned and neither am I :-) | clickon
09/10/2015 12:19 | You seem to know what is going on WORDOG but the market does not like to Scottish news......but that is stock markets for you. Until there is firm news and details as to the costs and profitability the price will in my view remain subdued so I have bought some more this morning on the basis that this is now a longish haul - 1-3 years to get a real return on my investment. | anley2
08/10/2015 23:00 | Plan B is the Lytham tight gas discovery which they want to frack. Nil exploration risk Haliburton advising North Sea tax breaks Oil price recovery Cluff experience and contacts. I think we will pull something out of the bag here, although likely to be a single well. | wordog
08/10/2015 16:29 | Not today as the SNP have decided to delay UCG until 2017. However, Mr Cluff no doubt has Plan B but we shall have to wait and see then the question is: What is the value of the current business V the new prospects with Plan B? That is how I see it........... | anley2 |
