Re reading report plenty to be hopeful for going ahead re opening up, higher enquiries to reduce vacancy, big discount to nav remains. We will see.

No a little disappointing but main hit just currency. May tread water for a while. Still a nice recovery play on France Germany and vacancy being managed down.

Disappointing stats and continuing low yield. Not much there to sustain the share price IMO.

Dont think it can retake 300p just yet but could yet have a very decent run towards it. Going nicely at 265p

Eurozone coming out of recession should be good news for German property market.
And share price at 254p is at significant discount to nav.
I have added a few in anticipation of good interims. Good luck all.

Disappointing for sure. At 242p the discount is the highest in the sector at 29.9%.

I sold half my position at 259, I've just bought it back at 248.75 as it bounced off the 50 day moving average.

I sense the uptrend may be steepening here, back to c. 249p today. Could see a break into 260p-270p area soon. Maybe the easing of covid restrictions in June will give us a further lift.

Just been listening to the presentation on Hardman Talks by Ravi Strikney - CIO of RECI, managed by the vast Cheyne Capital.

Interesting to hear his views on Office valuations:

=== City centre tower-block valuations have fallen; and he sees no way back for those less attractive working and commuting offices

=== Very confident for low rise, less dense offices
