Quite a long article and a positive write up and buy recommendation in today's IC.

One of the key points in the article is the discount to NAV reflected in the share price. Which is an alternative way of considering the recent German property sales which have been at a sizeable premium to December 2018 valuations.

Nice premium to valuation on the Fulham property. If rental yields and growth rates are mediocre, value-adding successful planning can still propel these shares.
I'm in at £2.177875 from 6th. (I like the curious fraction arrived at between the MM and dealer systems).

Catena AB stake now worth £100 million.

Valued at £77.5m as at 31/12/18 so a Fair Value gain of about £22m to be included in the Interims.

Also about £6m gain on the Paris disposal.

So some positives to offset negative perception of the UK property market.

Sammu - the shares are owned by CLS subsidiary Endicott Sweden AB ie the 3,971,349 holding. See Note 31 on Subsidiaries in the Annual Report.

Catena certainly on a run to new highs. Strangely I don't see us on the share register, I doubt CLS would have sold out.

Truffle I hold here as well as both Summit and Phoenix Spree though PSDL is purely Berlin residential.

I think there is some "hidden treasure" here with CLI's stake in Catena AB.

It is currently worth approx £82m whereas at 30/6/18 it was more like £59m.

Summit Germany to-day says its commercial properties in Germany have been independently revalued at end December, giving an approx. increase of 45% over June last year.
It will be interesting to see what CLS says about the value its own German commercial portfolio when the results are announced.
