Interesting to see the change in the share price
CLS moving up over 5% in the past couple of days while the rest of the market has collapsed.

Disappointing to still see it sub 220p. Property stocks generally out of favour for now - so time to accumulate if your willing to be patient and returns should come. Any further investments in Germany/France should go down well with the market.

Questor column in Telegraph did an update yesterday, too long to repeat in full.

Although had thoughts of taking 40% capital gain, decided to retain as long term solid hold.

Four reasons
1. Steadying influence of Mortstedt controlling stake.
2. Reduction in gearing compared to last major downturn.
3. Sensible valuation with 22% discount to NAV.
4. Portfolio split between GB and Europe.

Liberum have raised their CLS target price to 300p, and Peel Hunt have a TP of 265p.

Even better at 221p. Quality track record and more exposure via acquisitions in Germany should get this going hopefully. Very oversold now.

Looks well worth picking up c.230p. 3% div and hope to see further decent upside to property portfolio.

Bought a few sub 220p. Result soon. Harsh sell off so should recover.

Nice to see Liberum Capital have again upped their target price, from 255 to 270

CLS's spread of property investments, which include a reasonable percentage in Germany, combined with EU growth and a stronger Euro, are presumably contributing to the strong performance

Savills research apparently shows 2017 will be a record year for inward investment in London property. Reported in Telegraph.

Sorry, only have the actual paper from yesterday and I've already posted a summary. You're not missing anything that wasn't in the interim statement. The new information is in the webcast.

CLS update should be at bottom of article (behind a paywall though). Just a short update following interims as summarised above.

Update in the questor column in the D Telegraph.

Continues to rate as a good long term holding and praises CLS' portfolio management and diversification.

And a few interesting snippets in the link below from CLS interims webcast particularly on the latest group of German properties being purchased

Good NAV numbers - they keep pushing on. However I don't see any major new projects (like the Shard) but perhaps this is a good thing in current uncertain times - IMHO. Good luck all

Yes, I agree, a Brexit hedge as well.
Implied, but not clearly spelt out in my post 101.

These are being hovered up at well above the ask in the closing auction, last couple of days, driving the price higher.
EPRA Nav must be usefully above £2.50 and the gap is being narrowed.

Interesting announcement today.
If you believe that Germany is by far the strongest economy in the EU, as well as being an excellent hedge against future problems with the Euro and/or within the EU generally, then increasing CLS's overall property exposure in Germany from 23% to 31% looks an excellent strategic move IMHO
