looks like fail bid could mean further falls. ie falling knife, but when to catch? Catching a falling knife could still leave marks...

If a bid comes then anyone holding will see a price increase in the shares(90p today)

If a bid doesn't come,It will go down again.

It's been a while since the bid talks started........

Interesting to see what happens.If it does,when it does,maybe,perhaps..

I reckon an MBO would be the preferred route though I certainly wouldn't be surprised if 3 or 4 third parties might be interested....especially as the market seems a little calmer. The more the merrier!!

Times confirm its Nomura, i agree with Konkel the board would not even talk about an offer below 150p.
Also talk of internal buyout.

At the very least it's a good day to be a CS shareholder and there haven't been many of them of late. Interesting wording in the statement i think, the fact that they are 'considering' it surely implies something specific and worthy of looking at, unlike the majority of statements which say there is nothing specific and 'fundamentally undervalue the company....'
