Looks a well based recovery, volume been building again post results. Still well oversold. Looking for a return to the 220-240 range in the near term? Valuation would look cheap even at 3 quid though.

I didn't read the article OX as it was part of a 'what the papers say' e-mail I received. If it can get above 50 RSI and stay above 20MA then I might buy a few tho I'll be soon out if it then subsequently fell back below.

with 5p being the last final div paid (and therefore prob 5.5p can be expected for this year) and 2.5p announced for the interim div today it looks like we could get 8p for the current financial year versus the 6-7p in forecasts at present. a slight bonus to compensate for the dreadful share price perhaps.

Not been playing this one of late given the disappearing trading volume. Interims due anytime soon? - at least would give the market some news, company didn't even give an update at the AGM at the end of May.

Been watching for a while, I guess the problem now is that on current valuations they will disappear into the "small Caps" market which means disposals by trackers and less visibility/analysts following the stock.
While this is not the end of the world it will put short term pressure on the share price I am sitting on my hands at present when it comes to any stock that is in financial sector or real estate, I believe that we will see more volatility over the coming months, however there will be bargians to be had along the way.

Also, co. made £60 million pre-tax profit. Based on mkt cap of £450 million - seems v. good value

agree, couldn't resist a top up c.203p now a decent size holding for me - past director buying at higher levels, should be trading well, last small US acquisition well timed given strength of sterling - approaching a 4% yield looking further out, just hope it all comes together by the end of the year. fingers firmly crossed now.
