I would think the reason that we are waiting for the buyer to announce the purchase is so they steal a march before Christmas and get the Daap Tech into their latest watches.

PJ 1 - No idea why you'd want that thread lol. It's crypto, so the group was telegram (one of like 50 groups I'm in) - I left the group post refund but if you are *really* interested in the story, you can read Vlads blog - he owns smirnov.com hxxps://crowdwiz.smirnov.com/

The refund was 3 figures of eth for me - mostly swapped in NFT's and defi now (down bad at mo), but it's all on chain.

bbmsionlypostafter Mk2 - I received a large payout from a crypto project 5 years after initial investment, courts in Russia & Bulgaria involved, after a Russian guy joined a discussion thread I was in, he was called Vlad Smirnov (no lie) and he came to a dead discusion thread and said 'I have all the project money and want to give it back to investors' - so in my eyes, nothing is impossible

...that aside, the numbers (valuation), longevity of talk track, and natural and concise way things are written lead me to believe it is true.

With the 'technical' issue out of the way, the next message could now be "It's company xxx (see their announcement), and we've been paid".

Just because people feel like it's a scam, doesn't mean it is - the money has been made in dilution of our original holdings, if there is a scam anywhere I feel that was it i.e. take off market, raise equity with people closer to the truth and conclude deal

If this was dead, it would have been much much easier (and less problematic to explain to authorities for Ben) to just say no deal, ran out of money etc.. this did not happen, which implies something positive has been going on

I don't have a huge amount invested here, but it would be nice to see one of the many AIM investments that died on me actually bear some fruit.

9th August 2023

The Company is pleased to confirm that the technical issue has been fully resolved and signed off to the satisfaction of all parties.

The DaaP sale announcement from the buyer will be published in accordance with their schedule. The Company is in receipt of the date, however, the buyer reserves the right to announce earlier and without notice.

All other aspects of the 1st June update remain in place.

Commercial Update
7th July 2023

In line with previous updates, the Company reconfirms the buyer’s commitment to the DaaP sale and that proceeds from the license deal are in escrow.

A technical issue emerged this week and while it is already mainly resolved it needs to be fully rectified prior to the announcement of the DaaP sale.

The Company will update shareholders on these matters within a few weeks. The DaaP sale announcement shall be completed thereafter. All other details of the June 1st update remain in place.

The Company remains under strict non-disclosure agreements. All further updates will be published on www.cloudtag.com.

Assuming the value is not subject to massive fees/taxes somewhere, I make it $0.27/share (based on $275m / 988,223,763) = £0.22 / share and it will be distributed as some form of special dividend? Am I missing something?

1st June 2023

The Company assures shareholders in line with 30th March update that both license and DaaP deals are completed. The buyer is committed to the Company for the DaaP sale.

The proceeds from completion of license deal are in the escrow account.

The proceeds arising from these both sales will be distributed only on the announcement of DaaP sale from the buyer as they are interlinked.

The Company’ DaaP constitutes an important part in the “digital ecosystem” which the buyer has developed over the last few years. The buyer has requested additional time to reveal the complete product platform to the wider market.

DaaP sale announcement will be made by during week ending 7th July 2023. The Company is working diligently to consider an earlier announcement date.

Following the announcement, the agent details will be published on the company website who will facilitate distribution of funds to all the shareholders.

Post DaaP announcement by the buyer there are no additional steps to be undertaken by the Company before funds distribution to shareholders. We expect the fund distribution process to be fulfilled within 4 weeks.

The Company would like to thank our valuable shareholders for their continued support and patience.

The Company remains under strict non-disclosure agreements.
