And no doubt these agents will take a cut of the deal for services rendered.I mean I really really hope there is something in this 22p a share forecast.But this is CTAG and Amit.Oh well back to the waiting maybe someone will find an announcement from the buying company tomorrow as previously stated.

Another eleven days to wait then. Let's see what documentation regarding ownership of shares he wants. Can honestly see him saying original Ctag shares don't count.That's if there's any real money there of course.

Transaction Update
30th March 2023


The Company would like to advise that the funds for the licensing agreement have been successfully deposited in an escrow account. The proceeds of both transactions shall be distributed simultaneously upon announcement.

The Company understands that the announcement for its DaaP sale will be made by the 5th of May 2023.

The Company would like to reassure shareholders that all processes of both deals are completed.

The Company remains under strict non-disclosure agreements.

I recall going to a trade stand where CTAG had promised to have working examples of its fitness device.

The stand was full of empty promotional packaging.

Towards the end of their time they RNS'd 2 distribution deals. I've forgotten the name but one was a company in Blackpool, so I decided to visit, which turned out to be just a large lock-up basically. No-one there had heard of Oniter or Cloudtag.

Amazing return if true -

I did have something remotely like this a few years ago -

A stock delisted 8 years prior. Initial investment around 4k on delisting. Return cash of 10k 8 years later. started wife ISA for new year. 10k now worth around 46k -
