The Company is delighted to confirm that the combined value of its DaaP sale and licensing deal transactions is US$275million.
As of today’s date, there are 988,223,763 shares in issue.
The Cayman Islands is the preferred jurisdiction to deliver value for all shareholders and funds arising from the transactions will be paid in pound sterling.
The Company will update shareholders at the earliest opportunity and is appreciative of their ongoing patience.

Further to recent updates, the Company is pleased to confirm that its licensing deal and separate sale deal for the DaaP are both in place.

There will now be a short pause whilst certain arrangements are finalised. This will include a further update confirming the agreed sale price for both transactions and the number of shares in issue.

We endeavour to update as soon as we can and look forward to a beneficial conclusion for all shareholders in the near future.

Negotiations to release the value of the Company’s remote monitoring DaaP have been successful and the Company is concluding discussions with the buyer about a settlement date.

Financial settlement for its concluded licensing deal will follow at the same time.

This will represent a beneficial conclusion for all shareholders later this summer.
