AndyWhy would he remain then?I recall when oxus lost the CEO stepped down when it went to admin.

Well I guess there are some winding down duties to be performed, so they would stay on and perform those taks needed to assist the administrators.


I presume their fiduciary duties extend into an administration period, but open to correction of that isn't the case.


DQ is not drawing a salary so it shouldn't be an issue for him to remain in any case.

AndyI agree but you would assume directors to step down so administrators can do there job.

If he was then so what...its down to the individual to make their own judgement with all the evidence/facts.
If he was he obviously shouldn't just like ICSID and ROI should not of acted the way they have...can't be blaming one person for you or me losing money.

I don't understand why people are obsessed with one person's views and opinions.
The hard facts are ICSID need ROI for future income and need to keep them on side...is this not obvious?
Churchill have not been found guilty of anything but still got the shaft.
The Precedents stand FOREVER now.ICSID approved them and so they stand.Its a disgrace but what can we do other than walk away.

alot got played, after the dec 16 results things got difficult, one particular alias Stephen was spouting his nonsense that should chl lose annulment chl had other avenues, we all know this wasnt the case.

I wont be surprised he was drip feeding the market, that is lowest of the lows.
