22/3/2016 13:28 | Where is the rest of the rns? | pug151
22/3/2016 13:25 | Fascinating if you read the detail and the (probably only) new bit of info in the report. ROI - who actually called for this extraordinary hearing on forgery and disrupted the normal course of the process - failing to produce the key witness who alleged the fraud, and then in the post hearing briefs, confirmation that they are trying to change their story again! You couldn't actually make it up. Rather desperate stalling tactics imo. ROI case really is coming off the rails? | jnbrw
22/3/2016 13:23 | Nothing major was ever going to be in the results as anything of major importance has to be reported straight away. I can hardly see all the buys this morning especially the 90k and 70k T trade buys all buying for the results LOL | debbiegee
22/3/2016 13:14 | Sorry re last paragraph. Re-read it a few times and understand it now. Doh! | daddy warbucks
22/3/2016 13:13 | Crazy !!! Folk finally feeling safe to lap up the placing shares. MMs probably thought they were buying for results ,which had nothing new | debbiegee
22/3/2016 13:11 | Buy on the rumour sell on the fact. The delay in the interims, gave rise to speculation something was about to happen. Now they are published, people think not. It's possible the Lse hearing in March held up the publication.By the way, was Isran Noor, one of our witnesses or the ROI's? The RNS seems to say he was our witness!!!!! | daddy warbucks
22/3/2016 13:10 | Haha, down on tiny volume vs the buying earlier. | bones30
22/3/2016 13:05 | Nothing we did not know I never assumed folk were buying for the reults? No reason to sell as folks buying as they feel more confifdent the low is in and anything under 30 is a great price Unless there is a new story or rumour doing the rounds ? | debbiegee
22/3/2016 12:53 | Interim results RNS. | daddy warbucks
22/3/2016 12:48 | When I talked of settlement, I did not say compromise.Having said that a little off the top figure as a gesture to save face could well help to seal a deal. | daddy warbucks
22/3/2016 12:45 | I did not find anything interesting on Noor only that the idiot is still running for local community posts | debbiegee
22/3/2016 12:27 | Last time I looked there were hardly any C trades today [trade with conditions ie probably a T20.] There is now a 90k and a 70k T trade | debbiegee
22/3/2016 12:22 | They would move a damn site quicker if we didnt have an overhang . It was very well known that out of the blue chl could move 30 50 70 100 % because of the few shares in public hands . On another note Isran Noor has many articles in the press over the last week but my google translate not working if anybody else wants to look. The right article about him could be mind blowing !!! | debbiegee
22/3/2016 12:17 | Who cares about the placingThis is binary so it doesn't matter and by waiting you would've missed 20 pct gain I'm a week!!If u think we are substantially higher than 25p in 8 weeks why wait? | patviera
22/3/2016 12:08 | The directors and major shareholders have always bought the placings. Each major shareholder also has a man on the board. Unfortunatly they were in a closed period so none of them could take part. Also none of them have ever sold. David Quinliven has juggled a few into his wifes name or another co account When we start to see that we need less buys for a tick up we can start thinking that the overhang is clearing. | debbiegee
22/3/2016 11:59 | Stephen as I said in a previous post nothing has changed since the world was buying these at 24p except we are nearer to judgementToo many were fixated by the placing but for me the directors indication of buying gave a clear indication that they are super confidentThese should be 25p by June then we just got to pray for a positive result!! | patviera
22/3/2016 11:59 | I seriously thought chl may comprimise with a deal before the forgery case. ie app July 2015 Every mans logic told us Noor could not give evidence as he had already perjured himself with different stories so whatever he said he could only make matters worse. We all thought there would be no way ROI would humiliate themselves further and strike deal. However once it went to court ensuring further delays many thought that CHL might as well go the full hog for maximum payout [providing they win of course] as for the comparitively little time that would be left to wait "Why should CHL comprimise ? " | debbiegee
22/3/2016 11:48 | The level of buying versus selling today indicates that somebody knows a deal is near, if this continues for a day or two, my supposition is a certainty. | stephen1946
22/3/2016 11:45 | If the ROI lose this part of the arbitration process, I would expect a damning report from the panel of arbitrators about the conduct of the case, the failure to bring key witnesses to the hearing and the non production of documents requested by the panel. The ROI will not want that published so a settlement would be the best course of action. As others have said, the delay in the publication of interim results may be due as a result of something going on in the background.Good luck everyone. | daddy warbucks
22/3/2016 10:11 | DebbiegeeU may be right!!At this rate we may be 50p by June!! | patviera
22/3/2016 09:04 | The way I see it is that I lost 3K in Oxus, and I need to put another 1.5K into Churchill to keep my bets the same. If Churchill lost then I have to invest another 3K into the next litigation stock. | tivoliworldgaming
22/3/2016 08:59 | not sure what Oxus Gold has to do with this. you do realise they are different companies, using different arbitration courts one totally shrouded in secrecy... | sos100
22/3/2016 08:54 | Also important to be willing to pay the extra price for not having funds at the best prices. Like yesterday I had to pay 14p, since I had no money at 12.5p. The way I see it is Oxus holders have nothing to moan about if Churchill win. They say to keep your bets at even levels. | tivoliworldgaming |
