Where are they getting that money from 800k?
Bernie Madoff would be proud. I am seriously confused how these directors suddenly with part will that kind of money.
Do we have a full audits how much "legal fees”?
How much did they get for the machinery? where's that money? Gone for tea or coffee & biscuits? or towards bollies and bonuses?

patviera - They took shares originally when there was no cash there to be taken and not sure they could revert to taking cash without shareholders permission.I am here because I bought shares at a higher level when I thought the BOD were trustworthy and not simply out for themselves !!!

Nothing, they have no assets, just the hope of winning a legal battle with a powerful opponent with much deeper pockets.

If they do win the potential upside is enormous, but the odds seem to be long, and getting longer if the Indo's can drag out the legal battle and they incur ever increasing costs.
