17/3/2016 08:18 | Totally agree DebbieThe recent placing just means holders upside may be capped at 3qd and not 350p | ![]() patviera
17/3/2016 08:11 | Pat ,We all know that and what we have now [recent placing and subsequent overhang } is irrelevant to the odds we have put on the end result and final price Not interested in 17p LOL . Each to their own ,Im going out for the day hopefully get some sun :-) | ![]() debbiegee
17/3/2016 08:02 | Just watched the videoHighlights just how big the upside is hereVery exciting times When directors announce their buys these will fly to 17pMark my wordsIf tribunal goes our way we are 50p straight away | ![]() patviera

16/3/2016 18:34 | not putting anymore penny in chl stated in Jan 2016? New Churchill Mining Thread - CHL rossannan - 11 Mar 2016 - 12:01:39 - 1647 of 1715 That's me fully loaded at 12.5p, for better or worse. Don't let me buy any more. | bad robot
16/3/2016 18:32 | Interesting a desperate opportunist then, ramping this dead dog and hoping to jump in a spike. aha rossannan 11 Jan'16 - 17:13 - 31556 of 32147 0 0 Not me, still in CHL though not fully loaded at the moment. Not putting a penny more in CHL than the limit I originally set myself - what happened to OXS doesn't mean that the market owes me one - and now more likely to sell CHL if it spikes on an interim victory. | bad robot
16/3/2016 18:25 | how did your OXS turned out mate? | bad robot
16/3/2016 18:03 | Expressed an interest. Just 2 days to see. That would be a first. LOLOL. And where are they getting that money? I will send a fax to Bernie Madoff prison's, maybe he can help me out to understand some scheme I have yet to figure. IN BR WE TRUST Directors' participation The Company's Directors have not been able to participate in the Placing as the Company is currently in a close period for the interim results for the six months ended 31 December 2015. They have however expressed an interest in participating for up to GBP325,000 on the same terms as the Placing following the announcement of the interim results which is expected to be released on or around 18 March 2016. | bad robot
16/3/2016 17:58 | The goon posted today, must be on day release from Broadmoor. Using McDonald internet. This 2 legged woof woof is really a sick dog. IN BR WE TRUST | bad robot
16/3/2016 17:56 | Tom jones if you do not want any responses then do not comment about NR 1. Hope this helps | bad robot
16/3/2016 12:11 | Correct weegeordieBut having stated they intend to is be shocked if they don'tSo I'd say it's a near certaintyAs I like odds if say 90 pct | ![]() patviera
16/3/2016 12:06 | I haven't studied the last RNS too much but my understanding is that they have not bought £325k of shares but have said that they are interested in doing so. WG | weegeordie
16/3/2016 12:03 | Thanks frakAgree with most you sayThat's why I think at 13p it's a good punt and the directors wouldn't be putting 325k in if it was less than 50 50 in my viewI think we will win and this is therefore a 10 bagger at least | ![]() patviera
16/3/2016 11:53 | There is no justice, it's all about who knows who and who pays more to the judges accounts. Oxus is the very best example. Careful guys. | ![]() marmar80
16/3/2016 11:31 | I do believe if we win, it will all be about how much so at that point on anything up to £1 would be a much safer investment. The waiting is driving me mad! | frak
16/3/2016 11:25 | I can't really put any odds on a good result. If it's in our favour, however, then I would suggest 70p to 100p and maybe peak a little over. It will then drift back (as AIM always does!)as we await the quantum hearing and award which will take at least another year! The peak can only be sustained by buyers coming in believing they're in for at least £2-3 at the finish line. I think the average award from ICSID is about 30-40% of what is claimed. It may be CHL should/could be awarded close to the full amount but buyers will look at the average awards as a guide. Just my opinion obviously. | frak
16/3/2016 10:45 | Good luck DebbieTotally agree frak What odds on a good result from tribunal?Where will the shares trade on positive result? | ![]() patviera
16/3/2016 10:43 | I'm still here! Average 28p! Current share price is irrelevant! | frak
16/3/2016 10:37 | Im still here but busy doing other things in life and waiting patiently. I just think its a shame that CHL had to go to the market in a closed period where funds probably set the price they would pay. Up till now directors and major shareholders more or less took all the placing shares and they did not appear to sell them on. I have never begrudged them for having cheap shares as most of them were also buying at much higher prices and I think their average price paid is still higher than most here. I also think that going to the market the chosen few knew there was a placing coming and released the dogs to help get a cheap price. Also they were aware of set placing price before we were. Hey ho all part of the market[and gave many holders a chance to topup cheap] and as long as we get the final payday will be irrelevant in the long run. Please all read the header. | ![]() debbiegee
16/3/2016 10:20 | RossThere will be no award but rest assured the shares will go up fivefold and it will mean we are nearly home and dryBtw where's Debbie and all the original posters who were buying aggressively at 25p??I really CANNOT work out what has changed since everyone was buying at 25p except that now you can buy double the quantity for the same money as we are much nearer to getting some news!!Strong buy at 13p | ![]() patviera
16/3/2016 09:24 | bad rabbit although some of your posts are quite funny,i would prefer it,if you would do one,as it is tiresome reading all your drivel,it was a much more informative board when debbie was posting,ps please dont reply to this post because it will be more drivel to read, lol | ![]() trjones2
16/3/2016 09:06 | Pratard returning from his night shift cleaning toilets in Waterloo train station. Now he's heading to Lidl for his 1st shift of the day, stacking shelves in Lidl. Poor PRATARD, born a loser, will certainly die a loser :( | bad robot
16/3/2016 07:35 | Daddy warbucksSo if you are right(or CEO is) and we get a result in JuneAnd let be conservative and say we have a 50/50 chance of winningAnd let's say we win half our claim of 1.4 Bn dollarsThat's a 50:50 chance of 0p or 300pSurely as we approach June our shares should rally to 25pIs that unreasonable? So anyone buying at 13p is doing a damn sight better than putting it on red or black at the casino!!CHL are a Strong Buy up to 25pNo wonder the directors are putting in £325,000 of their money into ChurchillShrewdies | ![]() patviera |
