09/10/2015 09:38 | 250k buy cleared the overhang.... Peel ticked up on that at 16... imho these were the fee shares from the placing....all dumped now finished and someone just took 250ks worth... | moreforus
09/10/2015 09:33 | and to blue seller done | moreforus
09/10/2015 09:32 | Hillarious! The market makers doing the exact same as yesterday. | debbie_does_dallas_twice
09/10/2015 09:19 | wulber-no the interim hearings is very important in the bigger scheme of things.ROI are running out of ammunition and i'm not sure what next they will come up with next and how the tribunal will see any more delaying tactics... We win this one and i see the share price returning to 30p,no one can say for sure what the ROI would do next should they lose at this stage... Plus no one knows when the result of this interim hearing will come out,the post hearing submissions are starting next week.. imo you pays your money and take your chance. If we don't win this interim hearing we are finished anyway.. | sos100
09/10/2015 09:15 | Andy/ indeed, this is the problem with discounted placing trough bucket shops, the sellers are looking at the average price so will have no hesitation selling under placing price if that average on the total is still profitable. The warrants effectively made the placing circa 15.5p, that has now been tested. With no news due and no real reason for anyone to buy it would seem that the price will naturally head lower. aimho edit ha ha , i was just about to posts i bet all the usual names claim they have topped up again for the 200th time. I went back and read gee's posts i found no less than 19 claimed top ups on CHL. I ASK YOU!!! | debbie_does_dallas_twice
09/10/2015 09:10 | DDDT, Yes but the fall is becoming precipitous, and so close to an 18p placing! Normally the placing price offers support, but CHL has just broken through it with ease, which is of concern to holders,or should be IMHO. | andy
09/10/2015 09:10 | rossannan The interim decision, if positive will just be a blip in the share price with at least a further 12 months thereafter to wait, knowing how long these things take time. look at Oxus.... 4 years and still waiting! It is the announcement of an award which is the end game, not the decision of the interim hearing. Don't get me wrong, I am invested here (and have been for sometime) but just trying to be realistic in meeting my own expectations on timescale. | wulber
09/10/2015 09:02 | Again it is not a hearing, It was a time wasting totally unwinnable procedural order designed to simply waste chl time and money. if you believe that this has any major weighting on the final outcome then you're in for a nasty surprise. It is quite obvious for anyone with a calculate who can read the admin costs in the results and also understand the length of time these arbitration take why this is falling | debbie_does_dallas_twice
09/10/2015 09:01 | red to flat.... seller done imho | moreforus
09/10/2015 09:00 | if its the sale of the century why are they all selling?Ross this is sinking fast this reminds me of AFE, WD knows all about AFE it went down to zero | tom111
09/10/2015 08:54 | the underwriter would have had over 600k shares in fees to sell - could be them driving the offer down - and then pi's band wagon on drop today seems to have been bought again and now premiums are being paid so perhaps the seller has now cleared.... if OXS wins people will buy here .....imho ....as day follows night | moreforus
09/10/2015 08:52 | Broken 15p now! I think as others have said, we have the realisation that after 4 years of waiting for a result with OXS (and still not here I might add), CHL is in its infancy and a decision on an award could possibly be 12 - 24 months away (maybe longer), so dead money here for the time being IMHO. I also think the share price will drift, but wouldn't like to hazard a guess where it will settle. | wulber
09/10/2015 08:37 | this does not look good,IMO | p@
09/10/2015 08:25 | 100k a month burning away, no wonder every delaying tactic in the book is being used to drag this out for years. Anyone subscribing to an early settlement is imho either A, lacking understanding of the situation B, Ramping whilst trying to trade this. C, bonkers. I think i know someone who scores a minted high on all three of those points. | debbie_does_dallas_twice
09/10/2015 06:28 | target price 10p...might buy a load again | temmujin
08/10/2015 19:17 | i think it worth noting that the the oxus share price only came alive in Feb this year, 10 months After the FINAL hearing. With that in mind and the hearing date not even being set yet at chl, the suggestion that this shareprice today is the low or that there is any rush to buy, is simply farcical! | debbie_does_dallas_twice
08/10/2015 18:59 | soon be top up time again | mrshaungcm |
