Time and time again we see on these boards the same thing. When an individual is posting unto 100 lies and jam tomorrow posts day on a thread and trying to block out any one else opinion that does not match their's, then it's best to be suspicious

Debbie will dress her censorship of others up aa 'criminal derampers' paid boiler room criminals' or literally anything.
However make no mistake these are all just the same tactics she uses time and time again on many advfn threads to try and get people to not listed to differing opinion and get caught up in her ramping operation.

it is clear yet again like on regal and afren she has utterly, without reservation FAILED!!!!

Anyone that attacks free speech on here should be avoided, their motives are clear.

We never placed with bucket shops yet but only to longterm major holders who have never sold.
Cant speak for Northland capital though.
Up to 2% gone to unknown holders this time and RNS says they welcome New shareholders .
Wonder who they are as we have always been lucky until now but unless they go past 3% they are incognito .

I cant remember share price going below placing price either.

Good Evening All - just thought I'd say hello.

I haven't been posting as there isn't much to say. But I'm still in, still waiting and I still expect CHL to win and to make me a shedload of cash in due course.

I do expect we might have a drift down in the share price between now and news, although I think that given the run up to c. 50p a few months ago there will be a floor under the share price that is higher than the last spell in the doldrums. Perhaps c.15pps ? Doesn't matter to LTH like me anyway. So possibly a few pps downside. Probably an awful lot of upside.

I doubt we'll see developments much before Christmas and possibly it will be into 2016. Time to set the alerts on the portfolio and get on with life I think. I am owe the wife and kids some time anyway :-)

Top ups anyone ? And GLA, unless of course you are deramping or short on CHL - in that case I hope you lose your shirt and I expect if you are mad enough to keep a short open on CHL that will eventually one day happen to you. If you doubt me on that just look at how quickly that chart moves when news breaks. And then reflect on the fact that the next news from ICSID will likely move the goalposts from "whether" to "how much". Next time that chart goes up it quite probably isn't coming down again.

Calm before the storm I think.......

looks like it will be below placing price any day now. Looks also like most if not all large holders did not take up any placing share.
10P next support?

This is c+p today from co website so Gobels still there.
Only showing Major Holders 3% or more.

I think Fara just bought 366,460 and owned the rest before in Gobel holdings ?
Going out now

read this Dddy
It looks to me like they bought together in the name of Gobel holdings all those years ago 16.55 and with dilution now 14,86%

Fara has now bought some on her own unless she transfers to co ?

Apologies for the way I have to cut and paste. I am on my iPad and there is limited space to write all you want to.You will see from the above (part of last weeks RNS) that Ms Luwia is shown on her own with over 10 million shares. Now I understand that they are only showing directors shares, but the guy below her in that table is mr Gobel' s representative on the board. There is no mention of Mr Gobels holding at all or GL Global, which I find odd.I may have to wait for the company to update its web page to see what is happening.

Mr David Quinlivan, Ms Fara Luwia, Mr Nicholas Smith and Kiran Vadlamani have subscribed for Placing Shares as set out in the table below (the "Directors' Placing Participation"): Director No. of Placing Total Shareholding Percentage Shares being Interest of Enlarged subscribed Issued Shares for on Admission ------------------ ------------------- ----------------------- ---------------- David Quinlivan 111,112 4,124,687 3.1% ------------------ ------------------- ----------------------- ---------------- Fara Luwia 366,460 10,454,154 7.6% ------------------ ------------------- ----------------------- ---------------- Nikita Rossinsky Nil 12,875 0.0% ------------------ ------------------- ----------------------- ---------------- Nicholas Smith 55,556 481,098 0.4% ------------------ ------------------- ----------------------- ---------------- Gregory Radke Nil 272,748 0.2% ------------------ ------------------- ----------------------- ---------------- Kiran Vadlamani 366,460* 17,916,478 13.1% ------------------ ------------------- ----------------------- ----------------

Does not that 14.86 % include Fara Luwea [whatever her name is ] who originally bought together wit Gobel ?

What Im interested in is app 2% of the co shares went somewhere else and rns states We welcome NEW shareholders.
Perhaps if they dont hit 3% we will never know ?
We know Northland Capital had some but not how many .

Sorry to keep going on about this but will we see a holding RNS, for Rachmat Gobel? From the Churchill website, the last notice re significant holders stated....GL Global Investment Ltd, 19,723,123, 14.86%.Last weeks RNS, didn't mention GL Global's holding at all, and whilst it could be argued they were only mentioning directors shareholdings, it seems strange that Mr Gobel wasn't mentioned at all.Did he buy any in the last placing? Is he accumulating more shares for the ROI?Just seems strange he or GL Global weren't mentioned.

I notice how CHL largest shareholder - Pala Investments Limited did not involve themselves with the placing.
That has to be something of a concern if you subscribe to debies settlement is due imminently kind of beliefs.
It is totally incomprehensible that a major shareholder would let themselves be diluted just before a huge payday.

This again points to a long drawn out battle to settle this despite.

Daddy like already explained, aim low cap placings usually have zero institutional interest, so the nomad punts the shares to aim bucket shops who then agree to take them at a discount in this case 18p, The clue here is the convertibles that effectively knocks 2p of the placing price paid.

As seen since Friday save any major news, any buying at all has no impact on the price, nor will it until these bucket shops clear the shares they have bought.

That is generally how aim boards view their shareholders, give some vulture horrid bucket shops cheap shares whilst long holding shareholders are shafted.
