TomMaybe worth trading? If Oxus comes good soon, the share price here will jump as well. It may settle down again, but worthy of consideration.Maybe the directors think the same. ;0)

We do not place with aim bucket shops that sell shortly afterwards.
We have no need as we have loyal major holders and directors.

The share price is now down 50% in two months and with further placings possible the share price imo will continue down.I would not even buy at this price maybe further down the line if it hits 10p for a punt gla

well looking the placing rns the directors did not exactly fill their boots did they now?
Is that another sign settlement is not close?
The lack of detail who actually bought the placing shares is also a worry, most aim placings are supported by 'aim bucket shops' that will be unloading the shares at anything above 18p.
That may keep the price down for a while.

Debbie_does_dallas_twice - 02 Oct 2015 - 09:01 - 24083 of 24094 - 3SOS100 indeed, aim gains turn to loss very quickly, but hopefully in a few years all this pain will be forgotten when a settlement arrives.OXS looks like news is imminent . good luck ;)Isn't it amazing that prior to today not one person suggested it was good time to do a placing, quite the opposite they were saying that CHL was fully funded. Now all the names are positively shouting suddenly today- 'its a great time to do a placing' , funny that!My quote was a cynical one. Mates rates, information, etc.

I agree no-one knows when settlement might be, but if an OOC settlement comes then it is likely to be without warning and I wouldn't want to miss out. Churchill is all about risk, not just of the final outcome, but the risk of being in or not being in if something happens sooner rather than later. I will wait as long as it takes.

Long term, no argument Bax, my whole point all along is that settlement is not 'days away' like debbs has been posting for 5 YEARS on here.

Not that it matters particularly,or remotely relevant to end results but the share price on aim placings normally dips below the placing price in the next 20 trading days after the placing.
Powder dry spring to mind here, who will be buying this next Thursday afternoon after the initial interests today?

Is it not a vote of confidence that board members have funded churchill?

Good luck SOS. I think you could be right about Oxus.Should they get a decision, some of the profits will inevitably come here and could give a short term boost to our share price.Maybe a good time to do a placing?
