You will see that only Mr Quinlivan has sold 90K shares since the last placing according to the figures in the RNS.

HOWEVER,

Block Admission

The Company announces that application has been made for the Block Admission of up to 4,350,000 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each which may be issued pursuant to the exercise of warrants granted in connection with the issue of equity notified on 14 May 2015. It is anticipated that admission will become effective on 23 June 2015.

It is not a case of they have bought to dump as with a lot of placings so more goood news as we are financed than bad news.
Also as others have said last time was at 10p when the share price was higher so well done directors.

Astute millionnaires like Pala who paid up to 140 and Fara who paid 40 when the share price was 25 have never sold any so why should I ?
