Why would i need any extra information, save common sense logic an reason? "that i am right"??? What am i claiming to know exactly?
The only specific prediction i have given is that settlement was not imminent and not likely during the document inspection, thus far that has proved up.
Unlike Debbs et al alluding for the last month that the deal is anytime now, "so get in quick".

Yet again i point out to you - that is it not the case that you continually seek to inspect and scrutinise my posts but not once in over 4 thousand posts have you felt the need to do so on any single Debbie ramping post despite the spectacular content of such.
Do you see the irony in that?
Until that day arrives you are really just posting pretentious 'f""k you' posts hidden badly as questions at me,

I admit that buying CHL (and OXS) is just a gamble for me. As per my comment 23527, what extra information do you have that the rest of us don't to make you so sure you are right ?

That is 100% true Jaf but many could take just 1 rns on face value not knowing what else is going on or even who Isran Noor is.
Or 1 newspaper article and not know how it slots into order or context with other stories.
Mostly we only discuss news and related news here and if it will be positive to our case.
We have had a gang invasion here and it is they and their plants that have ramped 50 60 80p tomorrow and such.
I have them all filtered and do not encourage or repost their posts but sometimes have a little peek in research time.

Document authenticity hearing has been held
• The document authenticity hearing in regards to Churchill Mining’s arbitration case against the Government of Indonesia was held between the 3rd and 10th August.
• The hearing included fact witnesses, oral presentations and expert witnesses. All of the witnesses for Churchill that Indonesia requested for cross-examination attended the hearing. All of the witnesses for Indonesia that Churchill requested for cross-examination attended the hearing, except Isran Noor (who recently resigned as Regent of East Kutai).
• As a result of his non-attendance, Mr Noor’s witness statement was struck out and will be disregarded.
• There will now be the presentation of post-hearing briefs by both sides. At present there is no fixed date for the Tribunal to deliver its decision on the document authenticity hearing and it is likely to take some months.

NORTHLAND CAPITAL PARTNERS VIEW: Churchill Mining’s arbitration proceeding against the Government of Indonesia regarding the unlawful revocation of the East Kutai Coal Project (75%-Churchill) continues to progress in line with our timing expectations. The non-attendance of the former Regent of East Kutai and one of Indonesia’s key witnesses is a surprising development. Churchill spent US$67m on exploration and feasibility studies at the project defining 3.1bt. The Company’s damages have been independently assessed at US$1.3bn.

Just remember that anyone who is buying, selling, holding, ramping or deramping CHL (or OXS for that matter) has EXACTLY the same information that you have in making your decision. There are no insider dealings, no leaks, and no knowledge of how things are progressing other than what has been released in RNSs.

I think the reason our friend Mr Noor didn't turn up is quite simple.

Either he could tell the truth about trying to get rid of CHL and hand the licences to his cronies, in which case CHL win instantly. His only other option if he had come to give evidence would have been to perjure himself, with all of the consequences that entails.

Let's try to ignore the shouting derampers on here for a moment - they are temporarily annoying but not of any consequence to the proceedings or long term holders. They will stop once they have closed their positions or bought in at a target price, same as their sort always do. (I feel sorry for anybody scared out of their holdings by listening to some of the puerile garbage and imagery posted on here, but's that life. If you lack confidence in your own convictions you shouldn't be investing here)

Now imagine for a second ROI's position on CHL was fair, ie Isran Noor was a principled man whose country had been had been the subject of an attempted fraud by a foreign company, ie CHL. He gets called to give evidence before ICSID to refute this supposed fraud against his country and personal slur on his name, but he simply declines to come along ?!? If I were in his shoes with nothing to hide then wild horses wouldn't keep me away from the tribunal.

In litigation you can often tell as much from what doesn't happen as what does. And this is one of those occasions, which will not be lost on those making the decisions.

GLA - today's RNS is as clear a smoke signal as you can get that ROI are beaten. The only questions now are time and money, ie how long to wait and how much will it be.

It wont take much more for the 50k to close !
Have been meaning to ask as I have noticed over last couple of days that we have had a lot of lunchtime interest whereas normally chl is a quiet stock over lunchtime.
See David Quinliven phone no is Australian and wondered if it was Australian interest ?

I think Churchill found documents with Isran Noors initials all over them, which contradicted his sworn statement saying he had no knowledge of the licences being issued.
