Hi Flying I did not see it myself but 1 of the other longtermers said it had been stated that on payday the funds minus expenses would be equally distributed.
I much prefer this idea !

Still a decent wedge to be made for somebody, whoever was lucky enough to bag some more at those prices ;-)

I've been giving some thought lately to how this will play out if and when settlement is agreed. If it is a settlement my own view is there should be a short suspension, followed by the RNS with details, followed by reopening at much higher levels and then reaching equilibrium, once it becomes apparent what the settlement will be worth per share after costs etc and how CHL intend to disburse or reinvest the funds. On any view the share price in that scenario will be much higher than it is today, possibly multiples.

I pity anybody who was scared out by the antics of the last few days. There is a lot of money about to be made from CHL.

Tick, tock..., as one of the bashers on here used to say (who incidentally I notice hasn't been seen in months now on this board.......)

Personally I think 45p-50p close today then BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM 80p by end friday.

After re-appraising all the data, I believe CHL has a strong case. One of my boys lodged an appeal against my stance.
