If you step back and look at the situation this like backing a rank outsider.The share price is 28p and investors are looking for £2 plus.Is that realistic because the market dosnt think so.The warning signs are there for all to see.Its a sh-t or bust situation

The point, which you have deliberately not answered, is that no-one has ever claimed that it was certain. You could have just as easily have written ' ..if everything is certain that the share price is going to £100...' - no one has claimed that either.

Hence my statement that CHL has halved in value because due to uncertainty. I understand the paradigm of complexity in this post is way too sophisticated for 99.999% of advfn posters. I am "the One" a complex machinery .

lol KAZ government....I was wondering where some of those posters came from.

I have increased my portfolio with CHL, the way I see it is we are in a much better position since the fraud charges have been potentially dropped.

It's quite obvious the case is in a mess and going to be very interesting how the witnesses perform under questioning when their are conflicting statements in their witness accounts.

Another positive for me is the support of ex directors/investors R.Gobel who is now working in high government positions, to add to this is the visit by David Cameron. Any company investing in indonesia will want issues like this out of the way.

I would not be surprised if hear about the OOC settlement on the day of the court case, no noise coming from the GOI.

And one bonus from all the furious deramping going on at present is that we might just get the chance for a cheap top up before the endgame comes. Think of it as a win-win scenario and either filter or ignore the gibberish meantime.

Normally we could think the trades would give us a glimpse of how the case is going.
Unfortunatly we now have people trading this stock that think we are dealing with the KAZ President and that he may have a right to appeal and payday could be 3 years away.

What a shame this was always a well researched board where we all knew the facts and what we were talking about .

Not long now, hearing starts on the 3rd August, next Monday, less than a week. Just read through procedural 19 and both parties have up to 3 hours each for their opening arguments. Don't imagine it will be settled on the first day them lol and can see it going the full distance till the 10th.

Are MMs that generous to allow tards like debs to buy 50 squids worth of stock? Would it be not fair to say, MMS have friends and family; why are they not loading up on this "sure thing"?

All ticket holders in this raffle are going to be winners according to Boxer and debs.

So my genuine question why is it they are not buying more tickets for themselves? and keep the jackpots for themselves?

Unless Joko addresses these concerns, he may find himself scrambling to stave capital outflows sooner rather than later as the nation’s currency remains under pressure against the dollar.

Talk is useless unless it is backed up by real action to fix the situation
