Without a compromise, I cannot see how the ROI can come out of this at all well.If they win the case, they will be seen as a bully, using the might of the state against a very small British company, having used questionable tactics to take over the claim to billions of pounds worth of coal, only AFTER it was discovered.Similarly if they lose the case, the Board Of Directors at Churchill can say they had to fight hard against questionable tactics, to win the case and will then be able to bring it to the notice of the business community, how corrupt the ROI were.Win or lose the case, their reputation will be further tarnished.Let's not forget about the Police raid on Churchills offices at the time they were away on a document inspection. The suspicious fire in the block of offices containing Churchills business and the threats and intimidation of Churchill staff.

If you accept that CHL is a binary bet then the upside from here should be a base 6/7 bagger £2.00 up to a 20 bagger for £6.00 max. Even if we ere on the side of caution, you are looking at almost a 7 bagger compared to losing your stake. Based upon the recent admissions by the ROI in relation to the documents and dropped assertion that they were false, then this looks a good bet in my book. Likelyhood of a loss seems small, although it is a risk, but surprised more people not getting on board as mid hearing now.

Showing today 17.7k buys isdx and 56k buys here yesterday and only 10k sells.
we were only up 1.25p

Best just to ignore/filter the gang and not make them centre of attention.
They have probably just closed their longs.
They are busy with other stocks which they have shorted and riding the dead cat bounce as they did here.
Hardly anybody else is posting and it would be so nice just to get this thread back to normal..
