Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
CloudCoCo Group plc (AIM: CLCO.L), a leading UK provider of managed IT services and communications solutions to private and public sector organisations, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2021, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), has been posted to shareholders today. Copies of these documents are also available on the Company's website at www.cloudcoco.co.uk .
Subject to any further changes in UK Government guidance or legislation, the AGM is to be held at 2.00 p.m. (GMT) on Thursday 31 March 2022 at the offices of DAC Beachcroft, The Walbrook Building, 25 Walbrook, London EC4N 8AF.
The Board recognises the importance of communication with its shareholders at the AGM. Accordingly, any shareholders, who cannot attend but who wish to ask questions are requested to do so in advance of the meeting by emailing cloudcoco@almapr.co.uk before 12.00 pm on Friday 25 March 2022. Where possible, answers to questions will be provided directly and made available to view on the Company's website as appropriate following the AGM.
