Ok guys listen up.

I get quite a lot of PM's and also have a silent following that PM me now and then so...

NO I have not yet sold.
Yes I am outing the wheat from the chaff re posters.
True colours now on view.

CLCO does have at least 2 deals tht are being "finalised"
I assume these are the ones that were referred to previously by the CC team.

I expect there to be news regarding these deals and other matters within a "reasonable" time.
I still hold IDE and I expect the following to happen there...
I think something similar will happen at CLCO but perhaps not exactly the same.

IDE I expect to be very tight lipped and remain silent as much as they can.
They will NOT release trivial RNS and will only release what they absolutely have to as and when.
There is a reason for this.
It is the same reason they stated via the MXCP results that they intend on getting all their losses back which is = to 25-30p.
They will indeed get this as it is already in the bank.
What I mean by that is they already know who they are selling it to and for how much and when.
When...is when they have put it on a firm footing so the new owners (themselves basically) dont have to sort it out.
The price will be an amount that gets MXCP and Kestrel etc back to at the very least breakeven.Or 25-30p basically.
Who?well as I said they will sell it to another company they control and own.
None of this is in doubt.

AD4 well they also want it sold so they can wash their hands of it.
But not to themselves I don't think.
To an industry buyer or management perhaps.
First it has to create value so it is "worth" something.
MXCP etc will also want to get to breakeven if they can.
What that price is is not clear but it is a combination of their original investment and later rescue costs.
So all the loan notes etc.
This will likely mean more than 5p and less than say 15p

The only people who can sell any shares in either company are PI's .
Management cant sell and MXCP and other large investors cant sell for risk of collapsing the share price.
They would get very little shares sold before the price collapsed.
They know this thus it will be a trade sale.

You can see from the trolls posts on the other threads how little they know about either company.
This is why YOU must speak to the people who run these companies and their Nomads
All the facts are out there.

It will take a year at least for these companies to start showing some profits or to be paying back their loan notes.
It wont happen overnight.

Looking at the timings i would suggest Chimers has had to close his T10 leveraged position at a loss.

Why does he think that, with an EV of less than 200k, cloudcoco were bringing 2 massive contracts?

Oh, and he reckons he held millions of these and has sold today, yet the volume is puny.

Maybe they will RNS something tomorrow or next week or the week after but they have lost all credibility imo.

They could and should still do ok if you believe them.
I don't.

AND I still hold all my shares but will be offloading them.

No not really Moneymunch was correct the linkedin article was real.
Not his fault he was lied to.

He took the article to mean what it said as would most people.

There probably is 2 deals but they are NOT in the bag so to speak.
And likely not of a size that the article implied.

I mean what is a "significant" or a "large" deal?

It's like when beeks takes his pants off in front of Sonia...and she says 'who do you expect to please with that!! and he replies "ME".

I expect their idea of a large contract will not be yours or mine!!
