02/3/2021 11:08 | Timbo, how do you get on 'the placing route'? | gnnmartin
02/3/2021 10:34 | >>>Cerrito The wife and I went for a few through the placing route, specifying we wanted EIS shares or nothing. We were allocated 30% of what we asked for, so I transferred my allocation to the wife on this occassion, at least then one of us ends up with a meaningful amount. It does show that there was excess demand for the EIS portion of the fundraise and I guess that they hit either the annual limit of £5m/year, or the life time limit of £12m (or £20m if deemed a knowledge intensive company) for an EIS qualifying fundraise | timbo003
02/3/2021 09:59 | FWIW I hold my shares in a SIPP. As far as I could tell, in the 30 minutes I had spare to look into it last night, Primary bid did not seem to like that. So I was unable to participate, even though I would have done. | the millipede
02/3/2021 07:54 | As a fan of primary bid, I hope other companies will not be put off by the fact that just £291k raised. This reflects the fact that the share not widely followed, the short time scale it was open and the not very attractive price-though attractive enough for an oversubscription. | cerrito
01/3/2021 22:50 | Not sure that you are missing anything Its the OXMAN, I was not expecting this as my reading is they had enough cash. I did go in for a small amount on the basis that the leaks on this fundraise has driven the price down but it was a marginal decision. Miffed that retail are not allowed near the EIS shares. | cerrito
01/3/2021 20:27 | Disappointing to see the price move markedly ahead of the announcement as well. Leaky I guess. | its the oxman
01/3/2021 19:08 | I thought that too, why wouldnt you just buy through your normal brokerage firm? | grawface
01/3/2021 17:43 | Stockopedia has 20m rev forecast for 2021 , they are talking about 14m , can't be right, will be a lot more shares in issue after this as well. Shares not issued at any discount , not sure this is a compelling offer to take up. Any views or am I missing something. | its the oxman

30/12/2020 10:05 | Covid delayed profitability in 2020. The key will be whether the 3rd wave delays traction thus requiring further funding and dilution. | zipstuck

26/12/2020 21:30 | Nice piece about Cloudcall in this week's Money Week under the headline, "Five AIM stocks with plenty of potential in 2021." | the millipede
12/12/2020 20:59 | Just had a thought.Likely a SPAC in the US will try to take over Cloudcall? Especially with the raft of US based shareholders already.Could that happen? I know SPACS were set up to take private companies public, but this could be a way to Cloudcall to get a full US listing, at probably a market cap many times higher than currently. | boonkoh
30/10/2020 08:33 | Interesting new investor today from over the pond. | zipstuck
