cloudBuy, the global provider of cloud-based eCommerce marketplaces and B2B buyer and supplier solutions, was notified on 5 April 2019, that Lyn Duncan, Chief Executive Officer and Ronald Duncan, Chairman both transferred 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.8p per Ordinary Share from their direct holding in the Company into their Self Invested Personal Pension.

Following the transaction, joint interest of Lyn Duncan and Ronald Duncan in the Company remains at 18,287,981 Ordinary Shares, representing 14.02 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
