Bafoon - there is no delay as there is no obligation to announce. You missed out on another buying opp to make some money.

Haha chuffty you are following the same pattern as you did with PANR. Slating the CEO and saying where is the update and you were proven wrong. Obviously you will never learn your lesson. Keep your mouth shut rather than talking rubbish and wait for the update. There is no legal obligation for an update - just in case you did not know. Probably not in your case

The fundamental problem with this company is that if you work with a go-getting company of great minds and problem solvers it goes from strength to strength.
With Cloudbuy POS you can join with great enthusiasm but after a few short weeks you begin to come down to the Duncans level.
If it ain't broken, don't try to fix it,(i.e, I've been making a fortune for 15 years by doing fuc£ all,so why bother changing anything. )
Even Taras mate ,Gibbon can't get a trading update in on time now as he's run out of adjectives for,"jam tomorrow. "
Never mind.

And que Thrush man!

I’ll answer the question for you. Here is an analogy to what you are saying. What your saying is equivalent to you buying shares in a company that you know will go bust. You invest £10k and lose the lot. You can register the loss against future capital
Gains but here is where you are completely wrong. You would not gain here financially at all and would not even get your money back. So no sella is not doing it for tax reasons. Next ridiculous statement please ....

Another question you cannot answer. Keep making statements that are ridiculous but you can’t back them up. Sad

Also hilarious due to your new avatar (in capitals)

Finally realised you are not Tara, you are too thick for that, good luck with the attempt to do a Tara, but a couple of sells will see this back below 2p very soon...

So you invest into a company of £5m to get a tax loss - are you right in head ? Can you not see they are banking on the government directive for volumes to increase? Are you that naive? What you righting in capitals anyway - are you getting angry mr share1000

Tax loss is a possibility however SELLA can easily convert -

The DUNCANS have milked the salaries over the years for ABJECT FAILURE -

A question for you as I seem to be doing all the answering -

Name me ONE PROJECT that cbuy has done well in or is doing well in?

ONE PROJECT that is the CHALLENGE I put to you -

If this company cannot make money what does sella achieve - this is a real question and I would appreciate a sensible answer?

You do acknowledge that there is 303million shares to be added to the 130million in current issue -
