Just spoken to Ken Jackson and he is indeed a most chirpy, approachable character.

The £10.7m debt is for UK banks only, but non UK debt is not worse than at the last interims.

Didnt mean to offend Gracey - like I say I really want u to be right. I didnt push Mr.Jackson on speculation but he did indeed seem positive and said he held a fair few so wants things to come right as well!

Ihave posted martin sanders mobile on here and also ken jackson is very accomodating, I have had a conversation hence my posts, theres the substance but a call from you might just add some weight to my post above

Give them a try and I will guarantee they will speak to you

Gracey - you were doing so well...rational posts, harmony with JustJim - now you are going to spoil it.

Your posts are reverting to 'Biomax' level and that is not a compliment.

PS this comes from someone that has defended you in the past! I hope you are right as we all do, but how about a bit of substance to your latest posts.

PPS do you have any email addresses for CAB so I can try and get my debt question answered?

There are some very strange things afoot when one looks at the volume of sales and the price, by my estimation the price should have dropped by now.

Exactly and we saw it move a great deal last week on rumour alone, I think that something is going on.

Gracey, your earlier post:-

"There is not a great deal of this stock flying around anymore so I would ahve thought the price would be more stable"

I would have thought the opposite. Lots of selling or buying in a tight market would make the price more volatile wouldnt it?

Now Jim youve had plenty of time to find the answer to my previous post. Where is it?

Yes I understand that but why?

Why is it strange?

There is not a great deal of this stock flying around anymore so I would ahve thought the price would be more stable

imho

Well if opne looks at the buy to sell ratio one sees the following:

As @ 14:31

Buy 44, 096

Sell 416, 678

So the ratio of sells to buy is approximately ten times greater, this being so one would expect the price to drop more yet it has remained static. In the past I have seen lesser ratios and volume causing a price change.

It looks and feels strange to me.

Timbo003,

A refreshing change to read a considered and well written post on this

really awful thread.

I'm not sure I aree with you but one thing is for sure, this is no longer
a day/short termer's share (sadly) so it might be my time to exit.

I bought back in at 2.92p so might take my profits and run (don't know where??)

It all depends on tomorrow morning.

Really disappointed that so far no one has been able to answer Nav & my
question re MM dealings - see our posts 1645 & 1647.

I think it is important to know the answer. Why ????

If a MM buy of 10,000,000 appeared on ADVN screnes tomorrow we would all
get pretty excited, agreed, and possibly buy more.

But if the MM has bought surely another MM has sold 10,000,000 ???????

Wrangles......sorry to you as well - at 36 I must be getting old and tetchy! Meldrew syndrome is setting in quite obviously :-)

Jim,

Sorry if I misread your post....thought Wrangler was doing the accusing and you were agreeing. Forget it anyway.... U normally talk sense though as well - albeit from a ramper hating point of view :-)

I would still dearly love an answer about my CAB UK debt question from someone...anyone! It does seem sometimes that when you ask a really serious question that people suddenly go deaf and pretend they didnt hear it.

If CABs TOTAL debt is £10.7m (as per their statement yesterday) and not just UK lending, this would be a huge change from the position as at the last interims.

The pension point is also relevant as the last six months trading could have thrown up a loss of up to £2.5m and yet the company would still be at the same NAV as six months ago. Better than £2.5m and the NAV would be better IMHO

Ive got to go to out now for two or three hours and so I expect an answer from you people by the time I get back...... hehe

Definitely no inference of ramping old bean - may I also call you by your first name? I'm looking for reassurance to hang on in there!
NAV, Going to a meeting now so incommunicado for rest of the day but will return to discuss again!

NAV?

I didn't call you a ramper.

You are one of the few posters on this thread who talks a lot
of sense.

I suspect we will never get an answer to our question re MM trades.

If I find time I will e mail ADVN's "help" desk.

From Just

Miss Fields,

I see this share ticking up vey slowly based solely on the fact
that the fundamentals are sound and after Monday's announcement
CAB's future is secure. I'm a day trader/short termer so may exit
but will keep it on my watch list as I do think a bid will come in
one day - 12 months? I can't wait that long.

Jim :-) PLEASE dont make me think about M trades - does my f...ing head in!!!

Come on then guys, if the witch hunt is gonna turn on me please point out the error of my ways in my post 1669. I really dont mind reasoned debate you know and can handle being told if ive made a colossal mistake!

Dont call me a ramper though coz my investing time frame is probably a damn site longer than yours (I think!)

NAV,
Hope it's ok to call you by your first name, I have to call Gracey "Miss Fields"

See those trades today. MM "sells" but who did they sell them to?
As you have already stated, WHERE ARE THE CORRESPONDING MM BUYS?

Strange isn't it that Pratline, the deramper who said CAB was about to go bust, has gone very quiet

You can call me Just :0)
