This is more bad than good, no offer for the company, no major increase in profits, no sale of property(due to permission to build) and a refinancing package but only in principle!!! (big word). Sorry everyone but get the best price you can and buy in again later if you believe they can make it. If you bought in at 3p you can still make 100%.

Check out the top lists in about 5 minutes. That should give a clue as to which way this will go first thing today. Any guesses anyone?

I believe that the price will temporarily drop as short termers take profits , but generally good news , depends how busy they are IMO

There is no mention of any new shares being issued which means no dilution.

Convertable loan notes? or something like that will be issued. Sounds OK to me but profits may have to be shared with the bank etc.

We will have to wait and see what the city's reaction is to this, I think.

But what it doesn't say is how much of the company is now owned by Gillenhammar. What are the ramifications, it seems pretty neutral to me, nothing to too excited about...anyone ?

Anyway if it is bad news we will be in good company. Spare a thought for those holding Torotrak, trafficmaster and Energis. Why do we do this?

you are correct the company have been on the list for ages. All speculation at the moment, lets just be patient and all will be revealed very soon.
