I seen this many times. The Market maker that controlls the share price [ AX] is not allowing this to rise. To me as i mentioned many Times, Mr Warner has a buy order sub 0.1p. The Shares that are being sold are being used to buy mr Warners Stake. One of the reasons why he met with the CEO might be for some sort of arrangment for him to increase his stake to 15% as quickly as possible. We all know this is one of the 4 shares that will make many very rich. Key is to hold and not sell. Currenyly you cant buy any large sum.of shares but you can sell any amount easily. |

The AX market marker is controlling the share price i been saying it many times, MR Warner has a buy order placed for many shares as possible at these levels. Any Sell is being quikly taken up but we have no volume . This effectively means the buyer has to wait and wait.
I reckon the meeting between Mr Warner and CEO was regarding how to build the stake quickly, so expect a RNS soon |

So its highlighted by the company that has no business , that a shareholder has bought shares in the company.
Not new shares mind , shares from the market.
QED someone has sold and the opposite of the company statement could be true for them....
Instead of trying to make narrative out of the movement around of the existing shares , the price reaction to which does not directly impact the company , how about creating a real business ?
And if more people now sell , could they have made a short term gain based upon this RNS ? |
