This is a spike in waiting now. The Ghanians are reviewing the agreement and know that legal proceedings can be reissued if they don't play fair. It's in their interests now to sort it out once and for all.

This will be worth many multiples on just ratification alone.

David Horgan, Director, commented:

"We are delighted to report that all outstanding issues have now been resolved with GNPC regarding our Tano 2A Block. All legal proceedings have been withdrawn so, after normal consultations, the next stage is for the Petroleum Agreement to be sent to Cabinet for review. I look forward to providing further announcements as appropriate."

Great buy opportunity while the market focuses elsewhere. Just a hint of Tano Block progress will bring everyone back in a frenzy. Should we get signed and confirmed ratification then it's going to be a major and serious play in oil exploration again.
