News from Bolivia.....

As if they have any expertise with lithium (with ZERO sales in a decade its very hard to determine if they have expertise in anything) let alone going to have:-

" technology and expertise in the processing phase of lithium on Bolivian soil as part of efforts to develop a domestic added-value industry of higher value goods."

This is what the Bolivian govt is looking for.....

It would be humorous to think that these were just drunken musings - but these guys write RNS's about this stuff anticipating some gamblers to put their hands in their pockets again !!

Do you guys just latch on to anything at all ?
So when they start talking about a fund raise for asteroid mining you are just going to lap it up ?

FROM the BOD board

First you need to know that this is part of a small group of quoted companies all run from a converted house in Dublin by a small band of men led by J Teeling.

In theory BOD and the others CON , (not making that up) CLON and PET are supposed to be exploring for oil, gas, gold, diamonds , lithium, zinc and probably anything else rare .

In practice these companies have not found and sold anything in over a decade , have continually raised new shareholders money with the promise of new schemes - which the accounts show have so far come to nothing tangible. At the last count was it £8m losses I think (I forget but you can look back through the thread) millions of new shares issued each year to keep the director's remuneration running - otherwise they would run out of cash.

Despite there only being a handful of them - they think they can simultaneously look for and manage projects in :

Ireland
Offshore Ireland
Peru
Iraq
Equitorial Guinea
South Africa
Botswana
Jordan
Bolivia
Crimea
Zimbabwe
Namibia (I think)
Ghana
Scotland ?

etc etc

When I say simultaneously - I mean that.
If this was one small underfunded company with no track record questions would be asked as to how they think they can achieve anything spreading themselves so thin.

The answer is of course they can't - they have nothing to show for it.

However to bypass such questions they have split this up into 4 underfunded companies.

JT however did run a very successful whiskey business which he sold for a fortune.
His sons now also run another whiskey business which one wonders if he has got any time at all to give them any advice on how to run as he is too busy looking after these 4 quoted businesses all over the world.

There is of course another "resource" business that is so far unquoted but touted as being from the same 162 Group - Green Ore Gold - Scotland I think.

So there you have it

In summary a pile of accumulated losses across 4 companies a list of projects with £m's invested in and then written off - directors spread thinner that WWII rationed butter and non-listed companies to distract them which we know nothing about.

Their's is a decade long track record of losses , directors remuneration , always new projects , shares sold and director's remuneration paid.

Your gamble

EDIT the c£8m of losses was one years worth... the cumulative is £38m

You could have said much of that in 2011
2012
2013
2014
2015
2016
2017
2018

After all "Progress is also being achieved in Ghana....Since signing an agreement with the Ghanaian National Petroleum Company (GNPC) in 2010"

We only assume they told the truth in 2011 - so "progress" in terms of reaching a conclusion- meant at least 9 years then ... what does it mean now ?

Just look at the "progress" made across the whole 162 Group Quoted companies.....

£38 million losses on failed projects etc and climbing......

9 years is a very long delay, but looks at where it is at now!
Do you not agree that things are now coming to a conclusion?

Govt are pushing for rapid development

How are GNPC going to take block one forwards without a legal challenge?

High Profile block ?

Clon have been negotiating this area since 2014 injunction

CLON stated in 2018 a signed PA have been sent for ratifiaction - Is that a lie?

So no it is not a done deal but 2 options

CLon - have had no contact with GNPC, they have lied, scamming PI's and Clon are being ignored?

Clon have reached a deal, but we now rely on GNPC/PA to ratifiy, will that happen? I think because of the above yes - but may be wrong , If not there will certainly be some action taken, which will be fun anyway..You have to remember these are valued a £2 million quid, if its was 20million , i would not touch with a barge pole, but failure is priced in (sort of)

Not gambling holding and waiting with a calculated risk.

"would end up expensive and delay process for both parties"

There might be a delay ?
So ... this is from Interim results in 2011

"Progress is also being achieved in Ghana which is fast becoming a major oil province. Since signing an agreement with the Ghanaian National Petroleum Company (GNPC) in 2010"

Heaven forbid they actually get to have a "delay" then !!

So 9 years - NINE YEARS - is not a delay ?

I know the premise of 162 Group is supposed to be natural resources ... but I had counted geological time scales were what it takes to make oil - not what it takes to getting a license to drill it !

You gamblers never give up do you - maybe next century huh?
