So it's David Newton who has sold 3.15 mill shares (last RNS dated 23/11/06) whilst keeping 1.5 mill (nice round number which might mean it's for the long term). But who was the buyer ...

Edit: 3.15 mill equates to just over 8% of the share capital. This would take someone as yet unknown from a 2% holding up to the 10% mentioned in the Times. RNS to follow no doubt.

Looking good, nice rises recently and a clear breakout. Hopefully we should move on to at least 25p before the next pause.

I can see 30p just on trading fundamentals; a new 10% director/agitator adds 10p minimum.

Clearly looks undervalued currently.

And now The Times tells us that a mystery investor has taken a 10% stake and he will be going on the Board. Now the fun really could begin, but so far no R.N.S. from the Company.

Major shareholder switching stake from one broker vehicle to another (MAYBE) followed by numerous private client purchases which must be seen as piggy-back trades. What is going on here? - if any of you use BLUE OAR (formerly CORPORATE SYNERGY) then you should be asking your contact this question. After all, this could be the prelude to a bid, and if that is so then we will be talking in terms of a substantial premium, because David Newton for instance is unlikely to accept anything less than 35p. Me too for what it´s worth!

Further evidence of Company´s new P.R. initiative in today´s Daily Telegraph. Clearly the Directors now firmly believe that they have a story to tell.

Just downloaded the AR and Newsletter from the website. I'm guessing these are the docs that some of you guys received a few days ago. All looks very professional and upbeat - much better than the amateurish layout of earlier reports. They are certainly working on their profile and judging by recent trading volumes it is starting to work. Now we need an announcement of the new cities, an upbeat AGM statement and a high profile start to the race and 25p will be in reach IMO.

Forthcoming A.G.M. will provide Company with opportunity to update shareholders with regard to remaining two boat sponsors. Next few weeks could prove very profitable, particularly as Company is now clearly taking the trouble to talk the story.

So did I, which really intrigues me as my stock is held in a nominee name. Can only assume that the Company asked my broker to identify the beneficial owner, which might suggest that the Company now wants to know exactly where the voting power really lies. Does this suggest that they are on bid alert? Any other nominee holders revceived the Report?
