Someone has been bidding for stock via DMA for at least the last month. Probably the US fund mentioned in last holdings RNS.

Quiet here considering the rise too :)

Yup .. Also looks like something is up (some news is coming) just judging by the squeeze and upward movement of the share price.. So it's increasingly looking like my hope-to-buy-again price of 250p is behind for good. Oh well, at least I am in rather than out. Good days ahead :-)GLA

Burton-on-Trent, UK - 2 May 2013 Clinigen Group plc ("Clinigen" or the "Company") (AIM: CLIN) was notified on 1 May 2013 that on 1 May 2013, John Hartup, a Non-Executive Director of Clinigen, sold 500,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 265p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Hartup's total interest in the Company is 33,934 Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence each, representing approximately 0.04 % of the Company's issued share capital.

Last day of tax year today. Everybody taking there CGT allowance so tends to be a bad day for stocks.

Nice rise late on. I wonder if it's American's buying? Anyway I agree a return to all time high hold be on the cards in the not too distant future.

Seems to be holding up well considering bombed out market. Expect will revisit previous highs once we return to normality.

The dividend will be payable on 28 March 2013 to all shareholders on the register at 8 March 2013

Nothing in my account yet, I wonder if Clinigen have run out of cheques?
