That is a very good note from Edison.

Buying Cardioxane from Novatis for $33M was an excellent move imo. It generates revenues of $11-12M a year, so it would take long to repay the investment.

Numis, As well as increasing their target price to 340p, they also increased their estimates here.

2013, PBT = £18.50n and EPS = 16.60p
2014, PBT = £21.10m and EPS = 18.40p

I guess todays drug acquisition is what the market was looking forward too, 60% stated aim for gross profits sounds impressive, and good geographical cover too.

Happy to hold here and look forward to seeing the company develop.

I agree this is great news and should get us moving up again. It seems like a very good fit with the other two drugs and I'm impressed by the profit margin at 60%, although I have to admit to not knowing what the industry standard is, but to me this sounds good.

Perhaps there was a seller that wanted out before tax year end?
The aggressive DMA seller seems to have finished anyway.

Took a stake at 220p this week as the growth story does look compelling.
SP over 400p? Might need to wait for more figures before that happens...

Because ther was nothing in the announcement hardly and it just got pumped up. Seriously guys there just wasn enough inf in that statement to warrant a move from £2 to £2.70 ....

I does make you wonder why the share price has been 'trashed' since the announcement of the last earnings enhancing deal.

Wouldnt surprise me if a placing was in the offing. Very ambitious management whom are almost certainly looking at other deals.

Interesting company and watching.

Reading the recent statement does the market anticipate a fund raising
to fund future growth?, it appears they will be aggressive in the acquisition
of further drugs.

Even though it is never much fun to see a recent share purchase falling in a short space of time, the chart still offers plenty of support. We are right on the 50ma line at 224p, and have the lower channel close by at 219p. And of course there is very strong support at 200p, which I would hope will not be tested.

Todays transactions seemed pretty even between the buyers and sellers, so I'm not sure why we saw the price weakness today.
