CFO sells 2/5 of his shares. Other directors cash-in options rather than keeping shares. I'd say thats a fairly clear signal to the market...

Video interview with Deputy CEO Chilton

Shaun Chilton, deputy chief executive of Clinigen (LON:CLIN), says the firm’s purchase of Link Healthcare gives the group access to future growth markets - one of Clinigen’s key strategic objectives.
Dutch-based Link distributes niche pharmaceuticals across Africa, Asia, Australasia and Clinigen is paying £44.5mln upfront for the business.
A further £55.5mln will be handed out over the next two years, subject to Link hitting certain targets.
Clinigen also told investors today that its own underlying EBITDA in the year to June rose a fifth to £32.3mln on a 45% increase in revenue to £184.4mln.

These results suggest we will see new ath today. Don't think market has has sufficiently factored in benefits of the Idis acquisition but becoming clearer now with these results. Peel Hunt tp of £10 not looking silly anymore.

Excellent alliance with Cumberland to give US market sales and marketing promotion to drive growth of our product portfolio. Would expect to see a move upwards and the £8 target reached by month end.
