Abso-bloody-lutely.I sold two toes and kept the third. This is a POS stock with a POS management. The only thing worse than the POS are all the flies buzzing around it in a frenzy.

I had three toes in CLP having been persuaded by RKBs rhetoric that the price really was ridiculously low.I didn't put more than three toes in because, quite frankly, this business has been so poorly managed over the years. That includes a prior period when the dear professor - of whom RKB is so proud - was at the helm and was devastatingly bad in terms of generating shareholder value.If I had put a foot, an arm or a leg in, then I would have made quite a bit of cash - more than enough to compensate for prior losses. I don't begrudge those that did and have realised a profit - nor do I worry that I made a mistake for the reason quoted above.Anyway, yesterday I sold two of my three toes. The cash raised is more than that originally placed for all three and I get to keep one of my toes in the (Un)Clear Leisure water.I think this company and its management stink. So in the words of the dragons den - "it's not for me".Now unrisked, I watch on to see how the game unfolds. And as theatre goes, I love a good tragedy so let's hope we get a decent red wedding as the climax.

Surely the only positive out of this comes from a negative? I.e. if the court rules for winding up then we will see some news of what it's worth and who gets what slice of the pie. If the court stays the winding up order, then it's business as usual, no news, everyone sells and this latest p&d comes to nothing. :-)
