If the courts are fair, they should not wind up considering the delay in approval by the local government for planning. You would think they should have approved by now considering the benefits it would bring, jobs, taxes....

Hopefully Mediapolis doesn't get ordered to wind up tomorrow, though the effect should that happen has already been explained in a recent RNS so share price shouldn't fall IMO, but investors are not always rational.
