Why would a non invested individual decide to appear on a BB with the share price up 200% and then start quoting page numbers from a prospectus to try and bad mouth the company. Anyone would think they would be getting paid but surely not...................

Oh well it helps pass the day and panto season starts soon

pogue - "PWhite the answer from Aldo settled the license points"

No it did not. He gave an answer PI shareholders like yourself needed to hear.

On page 28 and 29 of the prospectus there are exploration licenses called CT Lithium 1 - 29 they expire in June, July and August of 2023. There are two points for major concern. Firstly those of us experienced in natural resource stocks know that governments have prefixed licence numbers for example OPL123 or PEDL123. They do not name licences after any particular company as licences can be revoked or transferred. So how comes CTL has licences named after it. CL Lithium clearly stands for ClearTech Lithium.

The second point is this Chilean exploration licences last for 2 - 4 years. The CT Lithium licenses all expire next year. CTL was incorporated on 22/12/2020. How comes it has licences awarded to it before it even came into existence?

Oh dear - quite pathetic and sad. More garbage from PWhite - yes, filtered. As its a pointless exercise to engage.

When did CTL give away two thirds of the company on AIM listing? How does he work that out?

Private Equity co or bigger mining players will be keen to work with CTL - once they prove what they have got. It's a step by step approach that cannot be short circuited by PWhite wishes or nonsense. He may think the co can magic results out of thin air to attract the big boys.

Why did they list? Because their 50+ shareholders asked them - external investors holding 60%-70% of the company for 3-4 years. Fact. They invested because they believed and wanted the co to prove that through actions and drilling, etc.

PWhite won't talk or engage with BoD - preferring to pedal his snake oil wisdom as if its fact. Basically he is a coward, hiding behind his keyboard. So - yes, filtered. As its a pointless exercise to engage.

tima441 - "I don't know how you define "lifestyle co" but I take that to mean extracting significant salaries for minimal work... with little prospects of creating value."

You are only partially correct because value can be created for shareholders if enough of them believe in the story to cause the share price to rise as is the case here. A lifestyle company does not necessarily mean significant salaries either. Directors can draw modest salaries from lifestyle companies.

A lifestyle company is a company that right from the outset has no possibility of ever becoming a commercial concern but provides a comfortable living for the directors so long as enough gullible shareholders believe the story.

This is the case with CTL and I will tell you why. Given the soaring price of lithium and the even greater need for it over the coming years no director would float a company that had the licence acreage that CTL claims to have. Its akin to selling the winning lottery numbers to others so you can afford the cost of the £2.00 ticket. If the licences and acreage were real CTL would not be giving two thirds of the company away on an AIM listing. There are plenty of bigger mining players out there and venture capitalist that would gladly upfront the money for a cut of the lithium produce.

I am right about CTL and you will see in good time. As for speaking to the directors I would receive more assurances from a hungry fox that the henhouse was safe under its control.

Once again I plead with you to filter me.

Whilst not saving investors from making huge investing mistakes PWhite helps old ladies across the road I expect he is out there just now. Hopefully he stays there

PWhite I promised myself I would ignore the tripe. But the comments on "lifestyle" Company are deeply offensive to the company & other investors as well as wrong. Have you read any of the RNSs?
I don't know how you define "lifestyle co" but I take that to mean extracting significant salaries for minimal work... with little prospects of creating value. None of those apply here.

Just look at what had been achieved - leading up to IPO as well as since. Salaries are not unreasonable.

I spoke to the CFO to make him aware of your comments. Despite their offensive tone he is willing to spend the time to clarify any matter you wish.

Hopefully you are sufficiently interested and man enough to want to do that?

deanmatlazin - This has already multi-bag from the low of 21p at the end of July. However I am still not persuaded. You are only at 61p because the CEO told you via an unauthorised announcement there is a resource update to come that has put a smile on his face. Naturally PI investors buy in awaiting the resource update. A week later there is still no update. The excellent research by The Count has also persuaded them this is a good bet. However research does not mean an answer is found. Annually billions of pounds is spent on cancer research. There is still no known cure only treatment.

Other than myself there are others who do know what's going on. The sellers of 150k and 425k today also know. These are not PIs. Believe me CTL is a lifestyle company.

When one looks at the share price chart it could be easy to say it has risen too much. But, you need to look at the market cap, it's still tiny compared to peers.

We all are trying to make money here. I am happy with Aldo explanation and evidence given in the AIM prospectus documents. NOMAD happy. I am happy.

So lets us make Big money.

If someone want to be a half baked investigator and not happy...please direct it to FCA.

Hmmm utter tosh!
Caution is good... posting rubbish or misleading information is at very least unhelpful.

Lake Resources moving from AUD 2c in 2020 to over $2 in 2022 (today $1.26) hardly proves your argument.

On known FACTS ... both DLE plays in South America. CTL has resource that is comparable ... likely bigger once JORC updates out. LKE is ahead on pilot plant timings.... but difference in valuations is clear

CTL = ONLY £47m

1. I am not a shareholder.

2. I have no intention to invest.

3. I have spoken to many BOD, brokers, nomads and other company affiliates in my time and have never received a negative word or even a caution. Every reply verbal or written has been positive and all I needed was a little patience.

My sole reason for posting here is to request shareholders treat CTL with caution for from my experience CTL is just too small a company even at the earliest stage to play any role in the multi-billion Chilean lithium market. The market has changed, today its all about economies of scale. Big companies get bigger, little companies remain little or go bust. The live issue here is how much money will PI shareholders eventually lose.

Now you can filter me.
