15p paid so unless a flood of sellers then another move up is coming. |
Getting closer to another tick up.
Panic caused overselling and that was from what was an oversold position. |
Poised for the next move up. |
Buying continues. Looks like another move up for the share price is coming. |
Thanks for posting that video Affc21 I shall have a look tomorrow. |
Another good day in the recovery, looking very promising. The recent sell off after the 9th RNS was a great opportunity for those of us that still believed. |
Exec Chairman, Steve Kesler, joins @LithiumIonBull & @RodneyHooper13 from the Rock Stock Channel for a deep-dive into Steve's background and our recent activities including the commissioning of the DLE pilot plant and our work with local communities.https://youtu.be/UdowRm96zpo?si=lmZoLOSvl1Z5w9qMVery impressive video interview with Steve Kesler showing his professionalism and in-depth knowledge, a must watch for anyone invested. |
:-) GLA and have a good weekend all. I hope this shareprice rise continues next week. ATB. |
Just need Aldo to find the cash to pay the loan off and force them to buy back the shares to give to him. Aldo finding the cash could be an issue as he is now a consultant not a CEO. |
You can check the movement of shares out of his account as 4 million had gone in January Bloomberg share register. Hopefully the third party who have sold will be forced to buy back at a much higher rate and they can rot along with all the other short positions.... |
Bouncing back after the "business as usual" RNS |
The regular selling of shares started right after he handed them over. 2+2= |
how do we know the shares have been sold as nothing confirmed yet from the company? The investigation is ongoing and not yet concluded. |
Having met him a few times he is naive however he has the ear of the President who is driving the new lithium laws in Chile so a valuable asset. |
He's either bent or laughably naive and incompetent. Neither are qualities I look for in a CEO. |
2cmb, but did he? Seems like it was the entity he loaned the shares to that did that. Now, was he aware of that or not is due to conjecture. Reading between the lines, it seems not. |
Just to keep it factual here. The CEO loaned his shares out to a loan company to raise finance for his divorce. He did not sell them the loan company did. He loaned them out in September and the fund raise was December the loan company started selling immediately as can be seen from the chart. CEO had planned to pay back loan and get shares loaned out as collateral back. The loan company saw a way to force the share price down and force him to pay them more money to cover the loan as the shares were worth less than originally. Good trick for the loan company. Bad CEO not reading the small print. |
Still rising. Good to see.
Those who panicked on the previous RNS will be questioning their actions now no doubt. |
The market like that.
It did give an opportunity to buy shares much cheaper than we would have been able to previously so that was helpful.
Onwards and upwards now. |
The Count, I disagree with you about him not being bent. He got rid of his shares befare the cheap finance raise, Inside dealing !!! Good to know he is gone. He did the financial raising after the presentation in London, where he was asked if and when the Co. was likely to raise finance. His reply was "Not for a while ". A few days later he went ahead!!! At a very knockdown price !! Not bent ?? LOL :-) . Great to see the shareprice moving in the right direction. GLA. |
Best result considering. Quick and decisive action, but still retain the knowledge but outside of the actual company.
I don't think he is bent, rather made some terrible decisions and didn't consider the outcomes or that he is a CEO of a company.
My main concern is that he was a Chilean and obviously had some v.good contacts, be interesting to see who they bring in as a replacement. A mine builder with experience of building actual DLE projects would be ideal, but how many people are there out there like that!?
Probably be an Aussie, with contacts in Australia, which would also be a solid move. |
Best news ever.Good man Steve |
A few late sellers spoiling the rise. |
