It’s a little bit of an odd one really how this is going to play out, but now think it will go against the odds and chimb to over 20p quite quickly when the funds are in the bank. I have a feeling these new shares are going to people connected who will hold on to them, maybe the same people that have been selling for the last 3 Months.
I’m not happy at all with the CEO, as the share price shouldn’t be where it is, but now seeing this as a sure winner in the coming months, because of the tech, the orders, the demand, and money about to be siting in the bank.
The second the raise is completed expect the share price to shoot up fast. |
I think it was a master stroke of the company to flag it up beforehand that it would raise funds without disclosing the exact terms and timing. The share price fell on the announcement and subsequent days, but it has stabilised. I suspect that the pricing will be around 8 p if there is strong demand from large investors. That will put a floor on the share price from which it will rise to 12 p in the not too distant future. |
If this rise continues and we get a retail offer at 7.5p I could be tempted. |
Thinking the same |
Probably filled it up fast judging by the way share price went straight back up. |
I still see this as a negative not a positive. This will help the immediate cashflow but I am not convinced that I see anything other than 'hope' in terms of the this going back up closer to 20p. |
Some sad keyboard warriors down ticking posts, can't type anything without my stalker lol |
I totally agree, will be interesting to see how they get on indeed |
Bang on cue... I'll be surprised if they get much enthusiasm for the bookbuild offer. Said to be for the benefit of retail investors, but I suspect more to do with the disapplication of preemption rights.
Tom - never made it off mine. |
Back on the watchlist |
They've probably started their fund raising... |
Any ideas about how much the contract is worth?
They didn't have any revenue for last couple of periods. |
Total disgrace |
Looking bad here |
Renewable energy is the key to the future in combatting climate change. It is time to buy some shares in this company. I believe that it will win more contracts, and the future royalty fees will make it rich with minimal expenses. |
Is this going to take off soon? Seems to be consolidating at the recent high |
When clean power (we) go for a bank loan the bank will want them shares gone in other company’s before lending out, as any bank lending has to be for the borrowers own use only. It’s all pointing to a bank loan and not an equity raise for clean power, I’m loving this.
If we succeed with the green bank loan that the government encourages the banks to lend on, then we should be at the 80p price target by the house broker. |
Looks like they own around 1.1 million pounds worth of shares. So that’s great for the cause once all is sold. |
They have sold equity at ATOME- wonder how much they've raised from that |
Equity Developnment have a long (18 page) research note out on the hydrogen sector, CPH2 are in there right at the very end. |
It's worthwhile registering with Research Tree which gives you access to research reports on the company. Both Liberum and Cavendish have issued reports with a target price for the company in the range of 60-80p per share.https://www.cph2.com/investors/analyst-research/You can register and follow up to 3 companies for free. |
Long time watcher (no need for an account) first time poster (do need an account). So far been called a downer and a chimp for having the audacity to disagree with view that this will go to 20p then 80p...
I won't reiterate my point, but I have still not seen anyone explain to me why my set out position is wrong other than re-quoting RNS's - or alternatively just continue to criticise alternative perspecitves and labelling people downers :)
As I have said previously, I hope to be wrong but I haven' so far seen a sensible argument as to why? |
This is a long term investment. Patience will be rewarded. |
