Thanks Lawson, Even more trades coming through in last few hours, all looking good. |
Lets hope it gets back to break even and beyond for you, incentives were set in the mid 60s if i recall correctly, GLA |
All technology and natural resources shares will benefit from a Trump Administration. There will be massive investments in exploring and drilling. Any company with a head start will benefit even more. Investment funds will invest in quality companies.
Clean Power Energy has been included by a share tip company as one of the top ten companies to watch in 2025. |
Lot of activity. The public were really left out on the money raise, so guessing this is the last chance now for the public to get any shares under 8p to cover the dilution.
I can’t afford any so one of many who has lost out here, and I think it’s going to go above 10p very quickly now, but I for one will be miles off breakeven, I need 32p to even think about selling any. |
Signs of life @7s, GLA |
The company is getting stronger with shareholders' support for the fund raise at a similar price to the current price, so effectively there is no dilution.
I believe that 7.5 p is the bottom price from which it will rise over the course of the year. |
All resolutions passed. New shares admitted tomorrow. |
heres hoping all goes well at tomorrows meeting and approvals are met, GLA |
10 Oil and Gas Companies to follow in 2025 suggest @TMSreach https://total-market-solutions.com/2024/12/10-oil-and-gas-companies-to-follow-in-2025/ |
Looks like barely any uptake on the retail offer? |
20p then to 40p... based upon what? The raise was due to cash running out. No fixed timings on a any peice of kit that is at a scale to be commercially successful.
The share price will not take off until there is a more than a 'roadmap' to the technology be proven. If that is not in the next 6-9 months or we hear announcements in 6 months that the roadmap is 2026, then surely the cash will just ebb away again? |
Obviously the raise is around the current share price and as such good it is being hopefully filled. The real reason though is to give the company funds to get to the next stage. UK does not have a great track record in developing good ideas through to commerciality. To this end I am taking up my 25 percent to avoid dilution top up. I seriously hope the local MP is looking hard at providing substantial enterprise funding to support next phase after this. Will be critical. |
The so-called cheap shares are at about the same price as the current market price. |
I assume most retail investors of any scale who were interested got them through their brokers in the placing bookbuild.
The share price may rise, but I fear it will struggle with so many cheap shares floating around. It remains watch and wait for me, but good luck to the brave. |
What a sham, Retail investors have been royally shafted, Only 3000000 shares avaible for all retail investors. Let’s hope someone takes 5 percent of the company so we can vote them into control to take it away from Duffy.
This will be at 20p very quickly now, and most of us are breakeven like 40p plus so we never get our money back as doubt it will Go that far now |
Just got notice of offer from HL. |
Matt - yes, that's what I wrote.
smack - retail offers are usually to avoid difficulties with the diapplication of preemption rights. I guess this is the same. |
Retail offers are merely a courtesy to current shareholders usually. Might ask for a few more. |
That is the retail offer. Capped at 300k or 4 million shares at 7.5p |
So there we go... As expected, there can't have been a great deal of interest in the retail offer - bookbuild only £300K. Presumably the placing has already been fully subscribed, but we'll see soon enough. |
Yes, the book build has been completed, and the new ordinary shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM before Christmas. |
New to this company - is there to be a retail offer of 7.5p for the book build |
The 6M raise has been very well received and we should exceed this minimum amount. Our technology is unique and solve fundamental problems in competitor/established electrolyser technologies. We have a strategic investor on-board, the extended testing and technological delays are now behind us and a very large electrolyser capacity required by 2050, which is barely tapped into - Overall, I'm very happy with the prospect here. TITM |
Why do you say this Rental? I am trying to follow your logic on this one as to why you think the share price should be higher? |
Yes, seemed the way price recovered fast on announcement.. the book build probably got good interest on discussing. Remains to be seen what retail will be offered but I'd imagine that could be scaled back. |
