Grant of Deferred Share Awards
Also on 19 April 2022, in fulfilment of the 10% deferred element of the 2021 bonus, as disclosed in the 2021 annual report, the following Deferred Share Awards over ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company were granted under the Plan to Executive Directors of the Company.
