Closed Period Trading Update
Ahead of the announcement of its results for the year to 31 December 2020, which will be released on 8 March 2021, the Company confirms that the full year underlying profit for 2020, subject to audit, is expected to be ahead of market consensus and in the range of GBP42m to GBP45m.
Due to macro-economic uncertainties, the Board will review the carrying value of goodwill and any need for a non-cash impairment charge prior to issuing the results.
