12/12/2005 18:59 | Btw erik- John French stepped down from AMU board today, "due to an increased workload with my other companies". I assume he primarily meant Croma, but maybe CLM too. Time will tell whether his hard work yields benefits for shareholders... | wiganer
12/12/2005 18:28 | The 'Most Feeble Ramp of the Day' award goes to........ take a look at PGI. (ramp) | eriktherock
12/12/2005 15:57 | CLM might pick up some work from the Hertfordshire fire claims? Or do I win most feeble ramp of the day award? | wiganer
30/11/2005 17:53 | This is a great stock to use to offset CGT imo. and yes maybe one of the small fish in the big fishes tank will make an offer in cash at around 3p per share. | eriktherock
28/11/2005 13:22 | I'm in a similar position (though my holding is fairly modest- about £3k worth) and I'm holding on. I don't need the tied up money any time soon so can afford to be patient. If you look at the long-term chart you'll note the run from 1.5p to almost 4p in late 2004. There's no reason similar couldn't happen again with such an illiquid small cap. As regards fundies/prospects, both seem decent enough, if unspectacular at present, which hopefully means we are at least at the floor. Finally, there's always the possibility of a takeover. I'd have though CLM might be a tasty little morsel for a bigger fish at some point. | wiganer
28/11/2005 13:01 | I have just noticed that I have quite a large holding in this company at the wrong price. Any views as to dumping it or hold on would be apreciated...with a reason would be gratefull if the latter. | pippit
23/11/2005 19:49 | I only hold to offset CGT. | eriktherock
19/11/2005 14:24 | And it looks like the price is heading south again. | wayneb

01/11/2005 15:27 | Agreed. Slowly slowly catchee monkey. | wiganer
01/11/2005 14:56 | Yes its all very encouraging,i don't expect fireworks but a steady move north over the next few months will do nicely. | sand dollar
01/11/2005 11:07 | I also note that someone seems to have bought a sizeable stake (about 0.7%) in the company yesterday... | wiganer
01/11/2005 11:06 | I particularly liked this bit: "Barry Whyte and his team at The Claims People Group have a compelling business model, work well with our people and have proven themselves to be a reliable partner." | wiganer
01/11/2005 11:05 | Re Alliance RNS Number:4405T Claims People Group PLC 01 November 2005 The Claims People Group Plc Claims People Announces Partnership with Capita Insurance Services Following the announcement made on the 26 October, The Claims People Group Plc announced today that it has agreed an alliance with Capita Insurance Services. 29/10/2005 08:11 | Yup, the MMs couldn't hold the bid below 2p. Question now is, will they widen the spread back up next week by raising the offer, and will the mystery 250k buyer chase? | wiganer
28/10/2005 18:05 | Your still supposed to be asleep.....Another penny on bid to go yet. Off topic but for info (and DYOR etc etc) BRTR announced just after close that there is a possible MBO being considered at a 'reasonable premium' . Difficult one to call (quite wide spread too) but might be interesting first thing Monday morning IMO. I do hold them by the way and hope to make up some paper losses. DL | davidlloyd
28/10/2005 18:00 | Another 250,000 near the close. This time at full offer. | wiganer
28/10/2005 10:12 | Having opened the spread up to 43% the MMs have effectively eliminated PI interest in this one for the time being. Wake me up when the bid hits 3p. | wiganer
27/10/2005 09:45 | I think we can safely assume the former. Good news. | wiganer
27/10/2005 09:14 | The spread is the problem with this one. I was out due to cash call needs last month. Probably missing chance to double money. Just my luck. Does 'Exclusive' mean CLM the only supplier of services to Capita or Captia the only customer of CLM??? Big difference. DL | davidlloyd
26/10/2005 18:51 | The main reason I now hold CLM is for future off-setting of Capital gains tax! Lol. | eriktherock
26/10/2005 18:11 | Its good news, but the way this share goes I'm not convinced it will move the share price - hope I'm wrong. | sand dollar
26/10/2005 18:09 | mo- those that will be interested will pick up on it anyways | wiganer
26/10/2005 18:08 | Yes it is, shame that it couldn't have been announced during the market hours where more people would have seen it. | supreme mo
26/10/2005 18:08 | Well, it sure ain't bad news. | wiganer |
