And (for me) more importantly - still the 30m buyer to be revealed. Not even seen any rumours of who it is.

From LSE: From the half year report;Cash balance of £19.8 million at 31 August 2019 (£21.0 million at 30 June 2019)· Net cash outflow expected to dramatically reduce during H2 2019 compared to H1 2019· Key revenue drivers in place (NIOX® direct sales in China; Duaklir® launch imminent; Tudorza® full control; LungFit PH3 (previously AirNOvent) launch planning)· Full year 2019 revenue expectation £60 million - £65 million· Focus on cost control to achieve positive EBITDA on approximately £75 million net annual sales--------------First half sales were £27m, if they hit the mid range of their 2019 sales target of £62.5m, they will have done £35.5m second half. Annualised that is £71m. If they hit the top end of £65m, then £38m second half and £76m annualised. So in summary, no they don't need a placing & yes, this is hugely undervalued at present!

Charts are, of course, a nonsense, as all the many multi-billionaire TA'ers attest.

But I do think CIR's going up, with so many sellers absorbed.

Interesting point the abbot, that could well be them and concur with the view that they are taking complete advantage of snapping up shares on the cheap...still want to now who bought the 30 million shares.

342k buyer also appears...someone accumulating and buying up stock aggressively. Every broker target is way above current share price...shows this has significant upside potential imv.

CIR's Duaklir is a COPD drug which won approval for from the US FDA this year. Duaklir is a fixed-dose combination treatment of the long-acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA) aclidinium bromide and long-acting beta-agonist (LABA) formoterol fumarate. The market is huge for this and is likely to grow with the levels of air pollution etc.

Have they anything in the pipeline for approval? With all this air pollution looks like there will be an epidemic of asthma, COPD and lung problems so their products will be in demand!
