The discount is almost obscene now so I made another small top up this morning.

SKYSHIP - what's the "outer" here with no divi and very high charges AIUI?

Are you simply looking for a closing of the gap to, say, c.25%, so an share price of c.69p?

NAV at the close of play on Friday likely to be closing in on the 92p level. VTU was also a good riser last week.

In light of the above and with the AGM on Thursday, I topped up on Friday; and again this morning.

Not just the management fee, the profit share is set at 20%, even higher than most hedge funds and absurd for persistent poor performance. The directors are sleeping on wheel and it is about time to shake it up or wind it down.

Anyone else here? Any views on the likely outcome?

An interesting move. Will the other directors seek to cut the absurdly high 2% management fee. If truly independent then of course they should do so...

Well, let's hope for something a little more sensible. I'm sure something in the low 70s would be acceptable to most - though not the directors obviously!

That's kind of what I was thinking....perhaps a toe back in to start with

No; though thinking of it as seems likely that CFE might return with, say, a 65p bid.

Skyship - yeah saw that large purchase yesterday - the pricing of this seems all over the place. I currently hold but not convinced with the mgt charges - very high for such a low market cap. This has always been held at a large discount going back years despite consistent tips from Simon T from Inv Chronicle. Might be a good exit point for the summer here.

Corp. Fin. Euro buy another c4m shares @ 55p; taking their holding up to 25.42%

Well, obviously any actions on those fronts would help close in the discount - so a difficult call.

Personally I'm out just because it was a quick turn; so my decision was an easy one.

I would buy back in again on a fall to c54p; purely on valuation grounds - there's a right price for anything mentality!

Is this good enough reason to sell, or worth waiting till the discount narrows further?
