I did not expect to drop so low so quickly. ST advises to sell and thinks that it may be taken private. As they hold 87% all they require is another 3% to compulsory purchase the rest of the shares. I am patient and have decided not to sell although i am too scared to purchase any more at the moment.

Trade at 15:01; 2 hrs after the 60p offer acceptance deadline...

Excellent - seems as though Castellaine has accepted the offer & CFE has now crossed the 50% threshold. Job almost done.

No skin in the game other than a sincere wish to see the Chairman and the Italian duo shown the door. Good riddance...

CFE 60p increased offer will be open for acceptance until 1:00 p.m. (London time) on 1 April 2022.
Very much looking like they will be the April Fools.

I sold here but fortunately moved most of the cash into Coro.

CIP has a holding in Coro and Coro is up c.12% as I type.....something for CIP holders to consider ....60p may look rather cheap soon....or now !!

Well, certainly read that one wrong. Turns out that Castellaine was yesterday's buyer at over the 60p bid level; taking them up through the 11% level.

Pavey - no, sold a few weeks back when possible to get a small premium to the 55p offer and part of a move to current 60% CASH! (NB: TRIN remains one of my few holdings!)

Well that was my 10k going through.

Although 27% in two months is more than acceptable I realise that 60p is a very sneaky price.....65p ...fine we all sell...game over but 60p ...hmmm!!??

Anyway they will get over the line with this and if not ....I'll be back.

Had enough - just sold for 61.1p.

May regret, but a measly 9% profit over 9 months could be worse.

Surely rather idiotic to pay more than 60p, as someone just did. 60p is the final offer; and if the bid fails they will fall back toward 50p.

I suggest that will be enough to gain victory; as I suspect Castellaine will accept with their 9.6%.

Well you'll obviously have to know more cannot deny that but I don't think you can call a 10 year visa "temporary". As for as most of us are concerned Sky, you a French man.

Skyship. I'm sure he is domiciled in Monaco for tax purposes but he is Swiss. Italian is one of the official languages of Der Schweiz.
