IF they lose the forgery case (my 6 quid hope we won't) whats left?.....5 more years of litigation trying to recover monies spent?.....Who's gonna pay for that litigation?....Fingers firmly crossed..;-)

Firstly before we prove that as a lie. You seem to want to sidestep your claims of posting at OXS immediately before the decision. You didn't, that is a clear lie
Likewise i actually did post almost ON ALL the main OXS threads questioning oxs.
You claiming i did not, is yet another clear lie.

If the verdict goes against us you would be lucky to sell at 8p, but if it goes for us you'd be falling over yourself to buy at £1.08 if you could get a sniff. GLA

I think most sensible people are reducing their bets and going to trade this after the actual hearing result.

BTW ihavenoclue tell us how you recovered from your 100% wipe out against me on Afren after that went bust?
i presume i was just lucky again with that punt?

Could be a damning verdict against ROI, hence the much delay to ensure they (ICSID) have everything covered. Personally, I think it could be a very very good news for CHL holders. Here's hoping and praying ...

another thing worth mentioning, roi stated the licenses belonged to Nusantara, not one document was provided proving this according to the results (chl rns).

Also chl has large evidence showing that Nusantara licenses had expired and they were open for tender.

IHNC - not sure why I looked into this rubbish thread but I have - yes, edf is stupid, ignorant and just out to cause trouble by telling a whole load of lies and half truths (at best) - he can't even get his 'facts' right - OXS' case wasn't heard by ICSID!! What a numpty.

It was interesting the fool stated yesterday he held position and today he was posting negative in large red text. Bravo to that poster who shut him up with regards to mining laws.
