The RNS did NOT say it would be in two weeks. It said 'expects to be in a position to issue it within the next two weeks'. That is not the same.

Well coming from a normal poster that would be fair comment debs, but from someone who has spent 6 years and 8k posts ramping this share using 20 names, organising hate gangs to attack posters and banning any discussion on your own threa. It rather cheapens the impact somewhat dont you think when you say it!

Rather than switching fake names debs, explain the sentence "it would mean that an International Tribunal judging on 'jurisdiction eligibility' might have taken this into consideration when making the judgement?"

Wednesday is 2 weeks from the RNS and the ICSID could easily advise the parties then on the 30th so that they are within 2 weeks and RNS on Thursday morning to suspend with an RNS 3 working days later i.e. a week today. I can see it going down to the last possible date. The other option is that it was only ever a guidance, it is going to take them longer than they thought so anyones guess?
