The RNS is nothing more than CHL confirmint to public that it has not had the decision yet. Nothing to panic about the two weeks are not up yet any way. Think this is o stop wild speculation causing share price swings. News will be forth coming anyday now.

It would of been too high risk to of not been £100 pp long since the 2 week notice. When we could of been suspended pending the decision at any time.

I do not need to worry about getting in cheaper. As that would of been gambling.

They using the delay announced today to stop out spread betters.
However the word award was mentioned twice in this mornings update. Hopefully Churchill are in talks.

I'm sure I remember reading ICSID / CHL have referred to decision 'or award' before so I wouldn't get hung up on a change in reference. I'll see if I can dig it out.

A lot of spread bets will be stopped out if we really going to open 3p down. I have just deposited £400 to cover myself. I started at £100 pp at 39p, so down over a grand already.

Have not seen rns yet but if award really is mentioned it would stink of last minute talks before decision is made public and would be a mistake for mms to mark share price down

The co did not have to notify it must have been to get this 1 litle HUGE word out ?
